I would like to make a documentary with help from the same technology that got me free of Watchtower, namely the internet. Also via the same people that helped me leave, namely...you lot!

I want to make THE documentary that JW's find when they Google JW.ORG. A long documentary with nothing but people talking from their hearts about what they experienced and pouring out all the information we wish we had as a JW.

I have written a set of questions, if you would like to record yourself answering the questions, let me know about your interest. I would much appreciate it.

I would release the video on YouTube for free and it will cover all the major topics disussed here.

Could I have a look see who would be interested In partaking?

I would ask that everyone buy a cheap HD web cam (20$) and a microphone to ensure a minimum standard of quality, but if you really can't afford it we could sort something.

so what are you doing to enjoy yourself?

doesn't have to be for anyone around you, or have anything to do with jw world.

just something that you do for you and only you and that fills your soul (whatever that means).

Learning new things.

I realised what that feeling was when I look up at the stars, see a mountain vista, watch the ocean...... In the presence of such apparent infinity we appear so very finite. The subconscious triggers fear, awe and motivation all at once. Time is precious.

I know I will die with questions about the universe that will never be answered. We will possibly know those answers some day and we will all be gone. This post may remain somewhere but we will not.

This all motivates me to learn as much as I can. I am intrigued by the questions and get excited by the answers.

Jehovah's Witnesses are the only people who don't practice war and who preach worldwide!

this is what somebody has been telling me, trying to convince me aside from anything one can say or cause reason for doubt, as the evidence that they are the true religion and true people of god.

they are convinced because while 'all other' christian and other religions support war, troops, etc, jw's don't and they are the only one's who carry god's name and preach.

nothing else matters.

I would go back to them with the RAND CAM financial records from the American SEC which show The Watchtower and Tract society owning the majority of shares in a military company, specifically a NAVY funded company that built stealthy quiet engines for drones and underwater vehicles.

I showed it to my friend, he wrote to bethel and they admitted owning it but claimed they owned it in error.

Next I would show them 'The Decleration of Facts' a famous letter from Rutherford to Hitler that no Jw knows about. simply google it. It was sent as a pamphlet and also written in a yearbook back in the early 20th century. They even apologised for the anti-semitism in a Watchtower article in the 90's, right before they made a claim for some funding from the European holocaust fund.

Here have a taste....

"The greatest and most oppressive empire on earth is the Anglo-American empire. By that is meant the British Empire, of which the United States of America forms a part. It has been the commercial Jews of the British-American empire that have built up and carried on Big Business as a means of exploiting and oppressing the peoples of many nations. This fact is so manifest in America that there is a proverb concerning the city of New York which says: 'The Jews own it, the Irish Catholics rule it, and the Americans pay the bills.' Instead, therefore, of our literature and our work's being a menace to the principles of the present government we are the strongest supporters of such high ideals."

Many religions preach, some even door to door, but most think going door to door is overtly forward and inefficient. Street preaching and preaching from the pulpit has long been mechanisms of teaching in religions, only now being re-adopted by Watchtower. Watchtower have only had a public orientated magazine for a few years, study editions of the Watchtower and the shallow, patronising Awake have been useless in informing people.

As for pacifism, there are religions built around pacifism.

So there is one religion out there,that preaches constantly and does not go to war. it is ironically and worryingly the closest religion I have seen to the Watchtower. jW's look at this group and know that they share much so pretend to not notice them....The Westboro Baptist Church does not go to war and preaches!

As a JW I was supporting the ultimate war, the ultimate slaughter of most of mankind, by praying for and supporting the idea of a god returning to destroy everyone that didn't bow down. Screw that !

Evolution and spirits

as of now iam making an unbiased examination of evolution.

however one thing keeps me hanging on to the belief of a supreme spirit being; the existence of spirits.

i have heard countless accounts of people who have experienced frightening encounters with evil forces.

Anyone dismissing the ability of the mind in forming images is ironically the one being closed minded.

Once you know what the mind can do, the most probable explanation alters.....

There are miracles and witnesses of them taking place all over the earth now, as always. You probably live a bus ride away from a UFO and alien witness. There is a court in Saudi that just allowed a man to divorce his wife as she was possessed by a genie but didn't warn him....

Believe half of what you see and NOTHING of what you hear.

This weeks service meeting! More craziness.....

so this weeks service meeting is so full of "crazy".

a whole 15 min part devoted to trying to indoctrinate everyone on how to "explain our beliefs on 1914".

then another 15 min part called "a tool to help us explain our beliefs about 1914".

that was a statement from my dyed-in-the-wool jw pioneer mother in trying to analyze why i faded and left the jws.

my answer was to say: "if i have to make something real to me, chances are it wasn't real to begin with.

" .

Far from it,

I wrote down who I thought Jehovah was, to summarise I pictured a fatherly, just, loving god awaiting the time to do good. I then re-read the bible with the one and only purpose of focusing on who god was.nI didn't find the god we had been sold. I found a vicious, jealous, petty, angry, unworthy charachter that was no god.

That version of jehovah we all imagined as we said prayers or felt vulnerable IS NOT IN the bible at all. I found a god that commanded genocide, infanticide, rape, slavery, sexism, rasicm, war......... This helped me with regard to guilt feelings and fear, I would never, ever bow to a human that behaved like this, much less defend one, worship one....give my life to one!

The REAL jehovah has not been made known to any of us..... because we would instantly reconsider our alliance with such a charachter.

Christopher Hitchens is irreplaceable, as he said. "If god asked me to sacrifice my oldest child to prove my faith, I would tell that god to f*** off and face the consequences!"

Regular pioneering is a financial double whammy.

not only does it steal your time from earning a living and having personal time, it also costs you real $$$ in fuel vehicle costs and maintainance .

then there is the financial implications to your future, not many businesses are interested in a door to door preacher with soapy water skills.
