i need some advice.
i have been dating this guy for 3 years.
of those 3 years, he has cheated on me many many times, but i can only prove some.
He is really sweet and sensitive now. But the thing is, how long will this actually last?
Not long at all - definitely DUMP HIM. It's not worth the pain (physical, mental, emotional) for you to keep clinging to the hope that "he'll change."
Just my 2 cents...

I LOVE BENNY HILL!!!!
Oops, wrong guy - RIP
what are some of your favorite jw catch phrases?.
"food at the proper time".
"spiritualy weak".
Enjoying the "gift" of singleness (ugh)
"appointed time" (take yer pick: 1899, 1914, 1925, 1957, 1975 - oh, you get the idea)
"reaching out" (kinda like 'grasping at straws'?)
"spiritual giant" (OK - this one was usually delivered with a heapin' helpin' of sarcasm, during my Bethel days, of course). Conversely, "spiritual midget". Another one in this same vein was "Serving where his/her need is great"

very few people, if any, respond to it.
i remember when i first wrote my life story on this website and only one person responded to it.
i remember getting really pissed off.
Nah - there are a LOT of threads to plow through, and we can't possibly respond to all. No hard feelings, just a logistical thingy...
just watched an episode of 80s sitcom 'married with children', al & peggy get mixed up with a gay couple, fairly funny stuff!
anyhoo.... there's a neat scene were al, answering his front door, says to himself 'i hope it's a jw cuz i feel like a nice deep chat' (or something like that) & he picks up a baseball bat as he opens the door!!
like i said, fairly funny stuff, but it got me thinking: what other tv shows/movies feature scenes with (or ref to) jws???
izobcenec, I was gonna reply with "Friday", too! LOL! That scene is HILARIOUS - the woman doing all the talking used to play Aunt Esther on "Sanford & Son". Sadly, she passed away in the last year.

there have been many postings regarding the possible war with iraq.
there are many strong apposing views, as to be expected.. i personally am going to thank all those who are in the military; my hat is off to you, and i respect what you do, and i am very thankful.
you are the ones that must go out there and defend our freedoms.. i don't think most people desire war, but sometimes there seems to be little choice.
APPOSED - ER, OPPOSED.
