I wholeheartedly agree with Bill on this one, folks. Do everything according to their own established rules. Then see them sputter and foam, when their own actions defy those same rules, and they show themselves for what they really are! They will shoot themselves in the foot (feet?), over and over again - and don't think the Rank & File won't notice. If they want to operate under their so-called "theocracy", and only abide by their rules of engagement, then so be it. They will self-destruct very quickly, many falsehoods and criminal activity will be brought out into the light of day, and the victimization of the innocent will cease.
Bill, some of the folks who have responded negatively to your letter just don't get what you're trying to accomplish. Don't be discouraged - you are on the right track.

i just felt this picture is very powerful.
just think over a 100 lambs stuff thought the holes of the fence just staring at 25 columbia heghts.

I LOVE Bach! In fact, at my wedding (in just 19 more days! ) I will be singing the Bach/Gounod version of "Ave Maria". My bride-to-be still thinks that the church didn't give me permission to do it - but they have, and it will be a great surprise for her!
Did you know Bach wrote an "Ode to Coffee" ? It was his favorite beverage - it would have to be, since he had to write new music for every Sunday service at his church! Sheesh! Talk about having your work cut out for you!
I must admit, I have never heard Bach as scat - very interesting! Thanks!

goodmorning folks.. gwen and i left at 4:30 am friday morning and made the 4 hour drive to nyc, queens yesterday.
we had a great trip, and no problems at all.. we met at the pan american hotel restaurant, as arrainged in the yahoo groups, only to realize, there were more people staying there than were posting to the group.

What a great day! I wish you all could have seen the sick look on all the suits' faces, as they saw us marching down the hill toward 25 Columbia Heights! I saw suits & ties plastered up against the windows of the office building and the elevated pedestrian walkway that connects the two buildings that make up the office complex. The whole ceremony was great, as Bill handed out Courage Awards to very deserving Silentlambs. It was great to meet some of the feaces behind the names on this board, too: Bill Bowen, himself; Erica Rodriguez, Safe4Kids; OutNFree; Worf - and others who am embarrassed to say, I cannot remmeber right now. But what a great effort, I also taped Channel 9' coverage at 10:00 that night. Short, but sweet. Thanks to all for a wonderful march!!!
