i thought this fellow, not sure if he is pimo or pomo, who goes by the name anonymous, gives a fair opinion summary.. "i was a jw for many years, but generally not a particularly stellar example of one.
your question has two components, and i will address them separately:.
opinion of jws as a people:.
I agree with what was said above about Jehovah's Witnesses being good, hard working people who try to do what is right for the most part.
As to the Organization itself, I believe it is probably the most dishonest religious organization ever invented by man.
i haven't posted on here for years.
i also don't frequent this forum like i used to.. i have posted my story before, like 8 years ago.
i have been a baptized witness for the last 30+ years, but have not attended meetings in the last 15 years.
You never know, since they haven't asked it's possible they have issues with the no-blood policy themselves. That would be a very good thing!

Medical treatment is confidential, so definitely don't bring it up. And if they ask find a nice way of telling them you are not going to violate that confidence.
read some reply's about jaracz being a child abuser.. is there any evidence about it?.
g..
In that video you have the testimony of a woman who claims to have been molested by Jaracz. She was very emotional and sounded completely believable to me.
And you have Jaracz being questioned at a convention. He was asked a simple, clear question which should have gotten a simple, clear answer, but he went off on a tangent and totally ignored the question. That makes him look suspicious to me.
Naturally the higher ups at Watchtower, who are/were aware, will not acknowledge that it happened. The testimony of the victim, plus Barbara Andersen's knowledge from when she worked at Watchtower, tends to make me think it happened.

.
So Watchtower appointed a known, convicted child molester to be an elder, then that man molested again. Wow, talk about creating liability for yourself.
Whether Watchtower people knew about his past is unclear, but it seems that the groundwork for another MAJOR civil suit is there, if it hasn't already started.
do you want to know what is really behind the fake coronavirus pandemic, so-called vaccines and the war in ukraine?
to understand current events, you must first learn the history.
the world's biggest secret is that there have been tremendous global disasters in the past that decimated populations and caused the collapse of empires.
"Unfortunately, the next such catastrophe will occur in 2023-2025"
We are almost half way through that time period now.
Just curious, what will you say if 2025 comes and goes and nothing that you describe has happened?
annual meeting 2019—talks and 2020 year textthe governing body members are nothing but a bunch of weasels.
here is a talk by jeffrey jackson on how the governing body ''the slave class'' has remained spiritually awake over 100 years and alerted its members.. he looks back on the ''faithful and discreet slaves'' false dates over the 100 years: '' but at times, we look back over 100 years, and there were times they got excited about a certain year or time, and the end didn't come at that time.''.
he makes the comparison between the ''slave class ( who disappointed others when the end didn't come ) to a barking watchdog ( who in his enthusiasm barks at nothing in the middle of the night and wakes up the owner).
'DO YOU SHOOT THE DOG', for barking when there is nothing there?
Wrong question. The right question is 'Do you leave a religion when it lies to you?'
How many times has Watchtower said words to the effect that you should only support the 'TRUTH,' and 'LEAVE FALSE RELIGION'?
note: photos can be found on the blue envelope channelhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nakezkhqbmtony and susan morris are living in lumberton, north carolina.
a real estate document on the robeson county website is filed:.
the religious order of jehovah's witnesses has provided a "life estate" for them.they can live in this townhouse until they are deceased or choose to move away and in either case the ownership becomes entirely the property of jehovah's witnesses.
"At first she did not partake but was told by the CO that she should partake for the reason above, She continued to partake until her death years later."
I remember an article, either from the Watchtower or Awake, that explained the same thing - if an anointed person leaves the Organization or is DF'd, then returns later, that person is still anointed.
https://youtu.be/h0fwwtemmvi.
'elders do not discourage victims or their families from reporting abuse to the police.' - it wasn't always that way, that's only recent!
And I wonder if those words are sincere, representing a genuine change, or if they are simply meant to mislead the general public. Even though Watchtower reps say words like that, elders can still have their tricks to discourage it in private, such as saying "you wouldn't want to bring reproach on Jehovah's name, would you" - what is said behind closed doors in a Kingdom Hall is often different from what Watchtower and the elders say publicly.
I suppose time will tell but I am doubtful.
