  These are interesting photos.

  The pants the mic handler is wearing seem too bulky to be simply leggings - notice the bulkiness behind the slightly bent knee - they appear to be pants to me. The dress being worn over them makes this sort of a blend of the traditionally accepted and the taboo, perhaps a slight step in a new direction.

  The light blue pants of the young man in service seem too bulky to be dress slacks too, again notice the bulkiness behind the knee. They appear to be jeans to me, but I can't be certain.

  I remember the use of women too, where there were not enough men to do the basic duties, but you didn't have to be a ministerial servant to handle the microphones, at least not in the 2 congregations I was in.

  What other alternatives for the meaning of Babylon the Great ?

  i thought the reasoning sound as to the wt explaination of babylon the great, ( world empire of false religion ) but have any of you knowledge of other plausible explainations?

  or knowledge of other sources that are in agreement with wt?

  I seem to recall from old literature, that in the early days of the Watchtower Organization, the Catholic Church was Babylon the Great. That seems to coincide with Rome being Babylon.

  Smoking gun GB can’t get out of this one

  here in 2022 if anyone says anything against the vaccines even a little bit you are almost apostate.. someone once mentioned all vaccinated sports stars collapsing and someone else said not to speak badly about the gb or by extension jehovah.. the gb can’t get out of this one, it’s gone too far.

  it’s now the case that if you speak against the vaccines you are speaking against the gb and by extension jehovah .

  Can you provide an example of, maybe not all, but a large number of vacc'd sports stars dropping? The only sport I really follow is Major League Baseball, and I haven't seen even a small number of them 'dropping.'

  Also, what do you mean by 'dropping' - are they dying or just getting very sick and can't play? I've seen examples of several players testing positive to covid and they have to quarantine (I think it's for 10 days), but of those who test positive very, very few showed any symptoms at all. Would you say they have 'dropped' because they had to quarantine?

  Am I understanding this right? All sports stars who have been vaccinated are collapsing from the covid vac, is that what you are saying?

  years ago we, on this board, found some parts of the network between watchtower and un, unhcr and ocse and other state relations.. is there at this moment in time a connection between watchtower and wef?.

  maybe some of you did research already?.

  so, back in the day, when you had an 'unruly child' and/or family members, your privileges were removed pretty much instantly right?

  my entire childhood i had to hear about how me being bad in the hall or someone telling the elders about what's happening at our home, that's making it so my stepfather never gets or keeps appointments.

  so always be good, don't tell anyone anything, so the men can become servants and elders and the women pioneers.. so i hear this about an elder family that pretty much broke apart.

  Agreed.

  I believe one of the major problems that the Organization is dealing with is - not enough elders to go around.

  The congregation I used to attend is now dissolved, and I believe that is happening all over the world in the advanced countries (third world countries might be the exception).

  Not only are Witnesses in general leaving, thus congregation sizes are being reduced and then merged together, but servants and elders are in short supply as well.

  the last 2 1/2 years have been extremely stressful.

  while the rest of the world was dealing with covid, i was also dealing with cancer.

  in fact it seems none of my doctors knew about it.
