  Depression or Recession?

  i went to jobs and family resources yesterday.

  the man i talked to said the country is not in a recession like the president said on december 1st.

  he said we are in a depression, much like 1947. he said things will continue like this for decades.

  Anyone have the outline for the 2012 'Special Talk'

  the sunday after every memorial they intruduce a new talk, which is the 'special talk'.. this year it's called: "is it later than you think".

  In that helpful graphic in the Awake, outlining the great groupings of time, does it seem at all strange that a "Christian" religion supposes that no event in the life, death, resurection, or ascention of Christ has much significance at all?

  Where did this "God lives in the Pleiades" notion come from?

  the other thread with this name in the title made me think of it again.. i know the witnesses used to say this - and for sure, there are other religions that think this as well.. the fundy-baptist preacher that my sister got to do my fathers funeral made a big deal of it during the service - (why, i cannot fathom...).. so, can some kind scholar here give us a short course in why this particular star formation is so most holy?.
