well, i just saw the movie yesterday and i'll tell ya something.

considering the reviews about how moving this movie had been for so many people, i secretly was hoping that seeing this movie might help me with my current state of disbelief and apathy about the person of jesus.

but sadly it had only the opposite effect.

i live in atlanta and while i love a lot of things about it, sometimes i think about moving on.

i was in south florida for the first thirty-five years and have been here for the last fourteen.

how safe is that?

she is 25 yrs old and went out there for 2 weeks with a friend who decided while there to go to philadelphia for a job interview and told her "see you back in england".... .

now she is alone for the new year up until the 5th of january (her flight isnt until 5th) 5 mins away from time square, dont know anyone and quite afraid to leave her hotel room after 5pm.

all kidding aside NYC has been the safest its been in years! for many hardcore new yorkers

like myself, we are saddened that times square has lost its flavor but instead has become

a sort of Disneyland of sorts for tourists. your sister is more likely to run into someone from

Nebraska than NYC in times square. No true new yorker would be caught dead in Times square

for new years. Tell your sister to go to TDF and get some discount broadway tickets. Tell

her to take in a show at carolines.

I would tell her to hit some clubs and lounges but we dont want to turn them into webster hall now do we?
