  I have one for us all. Prove with anything other than the Bible that some supernatural being created the heavens and the Earth. Also prove that the first humans appeared roughly 6000 years ago.

  I think the God of the Old Testament comes off like a petulant selfish attention seeking child who

  1) Took his eye off the ball in the Garden of Eden & let a snake who in my opinion only told a half truth because God said"on the day you eat the fruit you will positively die" Satan said" In the the day you eat you won't die" Neither told the whole truth because Adam & Eve didnt die for nearly a thousand years.Anyway he God punished every human since for the sins of one couple.

  2) God took his eye off the ball again when some of his Angels fancied a peice of P**sy. So what did God do he punished every human & living thing on earth with the flood.

  3) The humans at Babylon started building the tower of Babel and said we will become like gods & touch the heavens. Once again God gets a bit miffed & changes lanquages.

  In fact the the list is endless, in the old testament God gets miffed & then its let the genocide begin. Now the whole David & Bathsheba thing is one that I think proves everything Ive said previously King David sees bathsheba gives her her one, Murders her husband gets her pregnant. So what does God do? Does he execute these two vile sinners with David the most culpable as he is King & gods right hand man? No he kills the innocent Baby.

  Don't get me started on the Job saga where god allows the death of his family over a bet with Satan.

  Then of course the New Testament were the old testament god gets a personality change & becomes all meek & mild through Jesus.

  Now of course he IE God has done sweet F.A for over 2000 years while telling us to be patient watching millions upon millions of our fellow humans die and suffer at the hands of the eternal bad guy Satan while God holds his coat while "saying if it gets too nasty I will intervene" .

  The ones who participate in CONvention...is it all a load of hypocrisy?

  i am talking about the ones who get special mentions or interviews or part in assemblies and conventions, they are usually stars of the congregation at least as acknowledged by boe.

  when i had interacted personally with these people, i did not find them special in any way.

  they neither reflected any true love for j, but were quite the very opposite and ambitious to be the best in "the organization", with very little humility.

  Remember that in the real world where many Jehovah's Witnesses are Janitors,Window Cleaners & so on they have zero power & Zero opportunity to influence others.

  Most have only been educated to a High school level & the only books they read come from the WBTS, therefore they have only knowlege from those very biased sources.

  If they are kept busy in the Truth(sorry did I really just write that)then they have no time to learn or question from other sources.

  These men & women have power only then with uneducated sheep who have almost no independent thought so of course they are held up at meetings & assemblies of not only paragons of virtue but as almost perfect humans to boot.

  Sister or brother so and so is a pioneer or an MS or Elder or an Elders wife,son, daughter & so on. It is almost a celebrity status.

  I remember how pathetic I thought people were when DO's or CO's visited like going out in the service to look good & more so if they wanted to be an MS or Elder.

  I also always thought that Assembly experiences were BS or exaggerated for effect.

  as most of us know, the society is spending 10's of millions of dollars on a giant, state of the art, secluded bunker country club headquarters in very remote, isolated warwick ny.. the question that "some" have is, why?

  if armageddon is coming "very soon", why go to all that time & effort & expense?

  why have thousands of jws dedicating their time to this massive effort instead of the "lifesaving ministry"?.

  Snare & Racket. I once said that almost word for word to my PO. He wasn't impressed.
