  un involvement rocks the society.

  If they give up all their "bunker mentality" & insane beliefs, what will they have to offer, what will make them unique?
  No "end just around the corner" anymore as the carrot & stick approach loses its effectiveness.
  I think their numbers will deminish greatly as the net exposes their lies & the boooooring meetings take their toll.
  Yes, there will be a core of Zombies, but they will have fewer & fewer fools to leed & the Borg will morph into a smaller & much different enity.

  ... well, in addition to condoms being bad, now the pope says lawyers who work on divorce cases are doing something bad.. poor old guy; he should retire, but he really believes and will likely die in harness or become so decrepit that he is no longer capable and will be replaced.. however, at least jw's don't corner the market in saying stupid things!.

  Recent JW EXPEDITIONS TO MOUNT ARARAT

  despite the apparent redundancy, i would like to introduce the subject from a different perspective.

  around 1996 i came in contact with a jw pioneer named "francesco annunziata" from naples, italy.. francesco was involved with a man (inactive jw) named angelo palego, with whom he has made several expeditions to mt.

  ararat searching the famous ahora gorge for remnants of the ark.. the majority of the more technical and geological/scientific information is in italian, but there is enough information posted in english to merit attention.. i posted this subject in an effort to move away from discussing the flood, size of the flood and/or location of the flood.

  Don't take me wrong, I would love someone to find the ark.
  In referance to the photo, however, study the left side of the, so-called ark & the shadow cast by it the right.
  Do you see the "fuzziness",it stands out from the rest of the picture, an obvious sign of "brushing".
  Although, I would not call myself an "expert" in photography, this just stands out as a cheap attempt to fool the zealous "ark-trekers"!

  Told a JW friend about UN story...

  for me, the word was "loving".. great "loving" kindness.. great undeserved "loving" kindness!.

  disfellowshipping is a "loving" provision.. when the wtbts want their accolytes to swallow another bitter pill, another restriction, another rebuke, another demand on time, the buzz word is "loving".. the "loving" word, is, to the average jw, the same as the mccabe nod is to the salesman.

  the mccabe nod is used by salesman all the time to get the prospective customer to agree to something that he doesn't care for too much.
