  why dont todays protesters have the strength of their convictions?

  not one out of hundreds stood their ground w/ the police chasing them.

  Your son is not fighting for me, he's in Iraq, not in the US, Civil rights leaders fought for me, our forefathers fought for me, taking action in another country does not help us, other than to piss everyone else off in the world, so your son is helping to legitimize what terrorist are doing, and if your Son is using Depleted Uranium, at all, than he is a war criminal.

  Let's get some fact straight here people, Vietnam vet's did not fight for our freadoms, Civil right's leaders did, this war is not about our freedom, no matter what kind of spin you want to put on it. As long as the US uses Depleted Uranium in any war, they are no better than any terrorist or governments like Iraq.
