  this morning i took my dog who is a therapy dog over to the hospital and visited with several patients.

  it is quite an experience, and it really helps people undergoing medical treatment to calm down and relax.. my wife was one of those patients, she is undergoing some tests before getting her gall bladder removed which will probably be sometime tomorrow.. afterwards i took the dog home, cleaned her up, and changed my clothes.

  since i was alone i drove over to panara to try one of their breakfast sandwiches, several of the nurses told me that they are pretty good.

  I welcome the opportunity to anti witness. The ones I’m complaining about are seasoned JW’s they ask questions like a CO. So the rank & file are to stay away from apostates but whoever these are have some sort of immunity the rank & file don’t. There are two who sound like they are trying to convince me to return. Then I have some fishing for info. It’s like they are trying to gather material for a magazine.They are doing the very thing they accused apostates of in the WT

  it's time all you mentally diseased and demon possessed heathen ex-jws acknowledged the fine works being achieved by the brothers.

  afterall, there are many here who continue to espouse the ruputed fact that the jws they know, or are related to, are decent, honest, loving persons.. perhaps it's just me, but as i reflect, i wonder, where were all wonderful persons when i was in the cult?

  a 'good' jw is a mythical creature, much like their god.. but anyhow, putting that aside - what are some down to earth practical ways we can help the brothers?.

  As a JW my close circle of friends consisted of good people. My husband truly cares for the cong. They are blinded & misguided. Though there are plenty of hypocrtical jerks. Same as in the real world.

  i have been meaning to post my experience at the pioneer school and i will as soon as time permits but theres something that has happened recently in my life that has impacted me in such a horrible way that i just have to get off my chest.. as you may know ive been trying to fade.

  its very hard.

  OnedayI'llbefree...I'll say it again. Time heals all wounds. Keep your distance for a while. Who knows she may have backed out of your life to make room for the one behind her. Focus on yourself exiting is a difficult thing and you will need ro be able to rely on yourself. It's been said start making non JW friends. Seek out education or hobbies to fill the time. Things can only go up. Hang in there.

  So who was living in this house in Brooklyn Hgts.?

  There were plenty of Bethel rooms with dining room sets in it. At 90 there was a couple in a single room with a full dining set, table linens ,centerpiece, couch and coffee table. The room was crowded,they slept in a wall bed. Every night they had to take the room apart and then put it back together in the morning. I thought that was a collossal waste of time.
  There were Bethelites that had some really nice antique furniture it may have been there's before going to bethel. There was one brother who had a knights armor set up in his brownstone and a cabinet very much like the one in that dining room. The furniture in there is the type of stuff I've seen in bethel rooms. Not unusual at all. A couple I cleaned for had a double room & it was wall to wall antiques. I cleaned for a couples with high end stuff. Furniture from bombay co., crate & barrell. I know a sister who stopped giving this one couple monetary gifts when she saw there room looked better than her home. Many were given things by generous publishers. If a family was going to upgrade their furniture they would give the old to bethelites. Some came from families that were well off. Some were well off before entering service.
