  The sense of unity & friendship everywhere you go. We always looked up the local witnesses and we were always welcome and treated well. That is a major reason why my husband remains a JW. We've been to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Austria, the Czech Republic and many states here in the US. He says that proves they are the true religion;I've thrown that away & will never find it again. Now I have instant enemies everywhere I go.

  I have just finished the New Testament!

  although i was a jw for almost all my life, i have just finished reading the new testament for the first time.

  i have been disfellowshipped for over 3 weeks and it has taken me those 3 weeks to get through it all.

  i have really enjoyed it and i have learnt a lot.

  My eyes were opened to the WT because of reading the NT. From John ch 13 thru Galatians I could see how they were so very wrong.
  1 John 2:26,27 gave me the confidence to know my conclusions were correct " I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. 27 But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you.   the title of the film refers to the tendency by jehovahs witnesses to regard their beliefs exclusively as the truth.. the documentary is not an indictment of religion but rather a retrospective.
