my life is a mess need some advice

so if you read thru my previous posts from years ago u can see a little background of my life.

to do a quick summary i was df'd at 19, got into the party lifestyle which included party drugs and lots of alcohol.

at 24 i decided to step bacdk and really try to get my life in order.

Deserving one, chin up mate i know exactly how you feel, i have just come out of a similar situation, i was also too living in a homeless shelter so i totally know and understand your situation right now. Although it may not seem like it at the time, the only way is up!!

Once you have saved up enough money from your job, you will be out of the homeless shelter your living in and be free in your own place once again! :D

let it be a lesson to you that partying hard just for a few days can easily totally destroy your life, anyone can easily do that at anytime! Remember its always easier to get into things than out of!!!

i was thinking to myself today,people suck humans suck.i know that when i was younger i used to see myself helpng people.but now i could care less.the reason is because in reality things will never get better.i am not saying god is going to help us.i do not believe in god.i feel that no mattr what charity you give to an organization in the end it is all futile and pointless.this life we live is hard and can seem pointless.does anybody else feel that way..

Changing my life step #1

ok, just a brief update.

we joined a gym today.

so thats's good... i am just going to slowy work my way back into a routine.

A few suggestions:

1. Don't try to do too much at the start or you'll get discouraged and quit.

2. Don't try to progress too fast or you'll hurt yourself and quit.

3. Don't compare yourself to what other people are doing; an exercise program is not a competition.

4. The important thing is to keep going, even if you have to cut back at times due to minor injury or time constraints.

Excellent, couldn't have said it better myself! BTWding are you still biking ? :D

Returning to school at age 45

not the university, mind you... just taking some classes so i can spend the last 20 years of my secular life doing something other than golf course irrigation.

a fellow at the golf course has talked me in to getting my real estate license.. .

so, off to school i go.
