I hope this is just some nut and it's nothing. My boss is a great guy - I am very worried - I just heard something about them being hospitalized on teh radio - maybe they are going to run tests. I will keep you posted. I am so worried!

us 41 was closed and he is being quarantined.

Hey There ! All You Disfellowshipped Ones!
by Englishman inis your anger with the jw religion due mainly to the fact that you have been df'd?
is it possible that persons who post here who are not disfellowshipped can feel as angry as those who are being shunned and who are therefore being effectively gagged?.
is the df'ing policy of the wtbts the main reason that ex-jw's seem to go all out to get other witnesses out of the org?

LDH - At least you were reinstated in 4 months - I took a year and a half and missed only a few meetings due to the pregnancy. I even went to the hall when she was a week old.

I am not disfellowshiped -- I am reinstated as of 1998. But it was the dfing policy that made me stop and wonder BIG TIME. I was deemed as unrepentant - judged for my heart condition when I WAS repentant- I confessed yet I was told I needed to be an example and my swollen belly wouldn't go unnoticed - bring a blemish to the congregation. Pregnancy is not an easy thing to hide I guess - things would have been different if I hadn't gotten "knocked-up".
Being df'd made me deeply concerned on the true intent of the "elder arrangement" and their being appointed by holy spirit. I am not mad at the WTBS per say - I think they are just as blind as we are - at least most of them. Look at Ray Franz - he didn't know for years. It's a true case of the blind leading the blind, if you ask me.

Whats your thoughts on sex & the WTS

just recently (last weekend) my younger brother met with the elders because he was engaged in fornication.
the elders decided to disfellowship him even though he had long stopped having any contact with the person he had been involved with.

David had sex with a married woman and they were punished.
Makes you wonder.
Does anybody have any further thoughts on the fornication is different than adultry idea? I look forward to any further insight any of you may have on the subject.

I want a Common Marmoset (pet)...

they are a very small monkey - but don't really look like a monkey.
they are squirrel size and the type i want has large white tufts in thier ears.

Yes - we are considering a ferret - rather my husband is - but I heard ferrets can get nasty. They also smell funky. Another strong consideration is a hedgehog - know anybody that has a hedgehog? Friend of mine had a hedgehog - he was super sweet and loved to play ball.
PS - I live in Florida - most pets are legal here - including ferrets, as long as they are captive breed.
