Beats me how penguins, and Polar bears managed to travel so far to a hot country, survive out at sea then return back to their natural habitat not leaving any decendants anywhere en route..

Proof of Noah's Flood - Presently watching a Documentary about Europe & the Ice Age
by *lost* infirst time i ever heard anyone say there was 'proof' of noah's flood.. very interesting,.
showed a trawler, where the team dredges regularly in the north sea - for animal bones, massive land animal bones, mammoths.. he said, originally, the bones were sent for analysis, and the dr stated, they were proof of noah's flood.. the north sea area was a land mass of dry grazing lands.
and it was very similar to africa.. many bones were found in london, of lions, hippos, etc ... when they were digging out the underground.. .

Okay one thing that made me giggle, being as Christmas is a Pagan celebration. That I would agree on. So much tradition was adopted by the church.
I met some JWs, one in particular she had named her daughter Freya,. this is indeed is a pagan name of the goddess of fertility, Perhaps it was through utter ignorance of history .... but the irony of the situation.

The secular world is coming together slowly, people are breaking boarders and boundries than never before. I find it increadible that a groups wish to be outside society entirely. Phizzy is right, most folk here in the UK already are aware of the JWs and the door knocking and have a giggle at them, nothing hateful or nasty however the immigrant population from former Soviet countries do not know who they are. There is a big drive in this area of Norfolk for JWs to learn Russian and Lithuanian in order to prothletise to them. It is working. She is Ukrainian, speaks Russian and is very useful to the organisation at this moment in time.
Persecution is a good thing - i remember watching a JW video which one of the governing body said it was good. Rediculous man.

Not that demons really exsist in the first place...it is all in the mind of creative thinkers and exploiters who wish to groom the minds of others. I can imagine 600 years ago in the UK and Europe it was rife, everyone was told by the churches and believed that satan ruled the world that why it was so wicked. but not now. Just silly.

The North Sea used to be land mass before it was filled with water after a climate changed 15 000 years ago. Scientists and researchers know that man was roaming on the low lying plains between Holland and the UK before this localised flooding. Yes they do dredge up spears, and bones on very rare occations.
It is utter tosh that it is being used to prop up the Noah flood story.
Perhaps the Loch Ness mosnster will also prove that dinosaurs were on the ark too?

WHAT? Okay, reality check - this is actually taught by the Watchtower? Or is this just elitistism that comes with the territory? Is this damaging slave mentality abuse?
Alarm bells started ringing as the cult "Heavens Gate" came to mind.
What further transpired because I do get on with people and consider myself of a global mentality - she stated that I am "one of them".
The discussion started after she had an incident with some children outside my house. They were cheeky and basically her to say thank you for them moving out of the way so she could park her car. Okay, sort of thing that could be shrugged off as the kids are just cheeky. But for her it is and issue and a big one.
They do not know that she is a Jehovahs Witness, all the same the mind set is there and was obvious.
From a personal view point when her brethern come around our estate no one really takes much notice of them.

A small victory over WT child indoctrination.
by trailerfitter inover the last few years it has been a stuggle to ensure my son who is now eight years old is not indoctrinated into the rediculous world of the watchtower.
whilst i am separated from my wife she takes every opportunity to try to get him to slave for jeeehoovah (joseph stalin as i call him).
today, after a discussion i found out she has yet again tried to explain that god made the world etc, and the noahs arc story.

Yes Hortensia, society itself is complex as is the human mind. Ultimately he needs to make his own wise choices based on his own judgement and not forced fed lies from a group of people who ultimately not worthy of being trusted to be teachers.
