he actually taped a portion of the first talk cause he said the do was pretty entertaining.
the do said something like - jehovah doesn't like laws.

Saturday's cemetery chapel service
by RULES & REGULATIONS inmy aunt passed away last week.
she was a widow and left an only son who never married.
my cousin took care of my aunt with help from friends, family and neighbors for close to two years.. the funeral was last saturday with a catholic church service in the morning and a cemetery chapel service before burial.

Life for me as a jw (not really) teenager

Stick to your guns man. Just be honest with yourself and them. I went through the same thing 20 years ago. It's a lot easier to just put your foot down when you're a teenager than play the game and have to do it as an adult. Good luck and stay strong.

WOWSERS! That's great advertising for the guberning body right there. That page is like a magnet for new believers to the borg. How could anyone not want to become a JW after going there? I've often wondered why poorer countries don't eat their dead on a more regular basis. I mean, what's morality? Is it moral to let the kids in Africa die because it's not proper to stew up their elderly neighbor who died yesterday?
Same thing with dogs and cats too. We've got thousands and thousands of starving kids in this country (United Satates). We've got thousands and thousands of pets euthanised a day too. Seems like a no brainer to me. Let's make some tacos!

My Former Congregation is Dead
by Nosferatu inwhen i left the jw organization, there were about 80 publishers in my congregation.
within the last month, the congregation was abolished because it only had 29 publishers in it.
the apparent reason for this was one elder on a power trip.

PRINCE shows on the cheap
by smiddy inaccording to an article in todays paper prince plans to charge fans as little as $11 for tickets to his coming london shows.. the pop superstarsaid he wanted to keep ticket prices low and work smaller venues with his all- female band 3rd eye-girl.. "this is a new band ,people are getting something new" prince said.. hhhhhmmmmm.
