  as of 6:02 pm last night i received a facsimile from paul hoeffel at the un on the wts.. he gave me 3 of the 4 things i requested in two paragraphs.. i have sent a scanned version to steve bates and someone else.. i sent it to kent and randy.

  and kent and randy have posted the official united nations letter on their web sites.. here is the letter - put your cursor on the image and then right click on your mouse and hit "save image" to your computer.. .

  after you look at kent's web site and you people still think this it is a fake letter, phone paul hoeffel yourself at (212) 963-8070.. hawk

  Freddy halted in front of the largest building in town. It had been a brothel for the handicapped but in the moralistic uprising of the local church it had been taken over and converted to a bingo hall. Inside the handicapped still squandered their souls, they just yelled "bingo" instead of "Oh God" when they scored. "What a crazy world," Freddy mumbled to himself, "when a guy with one leg can't even buy the love of a moderately attractive whore..."

  "Indeed," chimed a familiar voice, "I tried to fight it but the priest was from another world man. He wouldn't hear of it. "

  Freddy turned slowly. It had been years since he had seen Franky two Toes. Not since the incident that made Franky who he was had he set eyes on the man who had robbed him of all that he was rightfully his.

  "The Muzzle" Freddy whispered, his rage exposed like a homeless man with ripped underwear. "Where is it?"

  Franky laughed. "Come inside my friend. Much has changed..and much has remained the same. Let us talk."

  Are there any bodybuilders on this forum?

  i've just recently started going back to the gym again and i have a few question for the fitness experts.. its suggested that you should take a day off in between working out with weights.

  is the same thing true for pushups?.

  does anyone know of a few bodybuilding sites?

  It is generally accepted that working to failure is not beneficial in the "bodybuilding world" but who knows what they'll be saying in two years. When I work out I start at 12 reps with a rather light weight. Down to 10 reps with slightly higher, then 8, 6 and then back to 12 with a medium weight. I then go straight with no rest into a complimentary exercise. The weights I use are "light" by most peopls standards but the weight you use is far less important that perfect technique. If you're benching 380 pounds but the bar is bouncing off your chest while youre doing your "bench press" what's the point? Swallow your pride, ignore what the meatheads in the gym are doing and work out smart.

  Pushups would interfere with your regular training. If you work out your shoulders/chest and then do 50 pushups the next day you are inhibiting your growth and recovery time. If you are doing them in conjunction with your regular shoulder/chest routine then do them only one the days you do those exercises.

  Freddy walked slowly down the winding steps and stumbled forward into the light of the day. He took a moment to shake his fist at the sun and made his way down the bustling street. Everywhere he looked were men with monkey sidekicks. Peddling their ridiculous "entertainment" Freddy spit at a monkey disdainfully and the mOnkey angrily hissed. He would have to be careful. Monkey's had longer arms than he had once thought. The two inch scar on his forehead throbbed with remembrance. He would have his revenge. The Brass Muzzle would see to that.

  Jon passed away this morning

  my name is kevin and i am jon's partner.

  jon gave me his password a few weeks ago and asked me to post to the board if something happened to him.

  as some of you know jon had been undergoing cancer treatment since the end of july.
