WoMD ... so where are they?

now, the war is over, the weapons were not used and of course have not been found.. how threatening could they be if they did not even use them when being invaded by a massive force (of the countries they hate)?!

perhaps, as many suspect, they didn't use them because they didn't have them?.

now we're being told that we'll have to be patient and give them time to find them.

it is an uncontested fact that at one time saddam did possess wmds (and has used them on his own people).....he admitted to having large stockpiles of various wmds in declarations to the u.n. let me know if you need links...i can dig back through this thread and find them.

That's all well and good. I guess he used them all up though, since they don't exist now. So my initial question remains valid - how do you destroy that which you do not possess. Not to mention those "WOMD" he did use all those years ago were chemical based, not nuclear. Nuclear clouds are what Bush and co. wanted to leap to our minds when they scream "Sadam has WOMD". It's the nuclear threat which scared us.

This conversation will lead not lead either of us anywhere however - if you wish to believe Sadam was a big enough threat to world peace to justify our actions in Iraq, it is not my place to change your mind.

This is simply an inane idea. No church is ever forced to perform a wedding ceremony. You cannot force a JW elder to perform a Catholic, Jewish, or Islamic ceremony. Allowing gays the same rights as straight people has no religious meaning. Churchs who disapprove of homosexulaity can continue to condemn it all day long. On the other hand, churchs who chose to support gay marriage should have the right to do so.

this is going to sound crazy.. where we live we heard and saw demons over that time of the child abuse bit.. we also heard 3 million people walked out it was only balanced by 3 million newbies is that true does anyone know ?.

it must be verified of course.. i suufered severe injuries with attacks including police ambulances etc.. there seems to be an awful lot of people outside can we get a damage report to know whats wrong .

one day at the hall when i was about fifteen i guess, i looked at the talk schedule to see my name posted next to my next talk.

i hated giving a talk.

it made sick to my stomach before i would go 'on'.

Yep. Somehow I gave not only the first talk about masturbation, but they also gave me the follow-up talk that came 2 weeks later. So in the span of 2 weeks I gave 2 talks on it. At 14 years old. Fun fun fun!!

If I recall I was stressed out before the meeting, so to calm myself I went and had a quick choke of the 'ol chickin

lifting the viel

but now i feel like im getting another viel lifted and im seeing the society in a totally new way.. why did i never see it before?

Blood issu solved?

i read today in an economic newspaper that one company named sangart from san diego have solvd the problem to do syntetich blood, the take out fraktions from red bloodsells, as i understand the part how is related to oxigen, the produkt will be on the market inn about 2 year, this must bee very good news fore jw all over the word, so hopfully this problem soon is behind us.. some one here who now more about this?

I wonder sometimes if this (or something like this) is what the WT lawyers are hopeing and praying for ... a scientific solution to yank their feet from the blood fire. That way they win both counts - removal of a policy that is obviously wrong w/out having to 'own up' to their incorrectness.

Gadget, I shouldn't tell you this then but I've raced / track day'ed a 916, 996, 998 and 999. As good as the old (916 style) bike is, the new 999 is a huge improvment. So much more stable under braking (big ball brakes too ) and you can actually square off turns on it. The 916 bike wanted very smooth, GP style riding, apex to apex.

The 999 was the first bike I learned how to control rear wheel spins exiting corners - spin it up at the apex and you can get the bike turned quicker, stood up on the middle of the tire quicker.

The TL-R is a decent bike (great motor) but the handling leaves much to be desired. Everyone I know racing them sinks a lot of time/money into the suspension, and still has a bike that they have to ride around the front end problems on. One guy a raced with (was very quick too) was always destroying front tires, if he stayed upright!

Have you thought about a used Duc? You can get 996's for next to nothing nowdays.
