You see, its THIS kinda stuff above, that could actually take this evil organization, that preaches institutionalized murder, out of the game.

I know a lot of us would LOVE to sue this org for their unfair JC, and DFing, and their kangaroo "court". Yet, its the blood doctrine, that is what could, and should finish off this death cult.

The many loved ones that have lost their innocent lives, for a false doctrine, pushed by an evil organization, intent on creating "martyrs", should never be forgotten. The surviving loved ones who have lost family, and children to this evil, should sue the shit outta this death corporation.

Especially now that they allow certain blood parts, and certain fractions, and this part is good, but this part is bad. Its ridiculous. So, unfounded, and not based in scripture, in any way shape or form.

Sue this crap out of these clowns for taking Mothers, and Fathers, brothers and sister, and innocent children, away.

The nation of Israel used to condemn the "demonic" ritual of Baal worship, and how the worshipers would sacrifice their children to the fire for Baal. Well, what are JW's doing when they "sacrifice" their own children, to the BLOOD god, and evil Watchtower Blood gods.

Sue them into bankruptcy! Sue them into destruction! Bring this to the attention of all who will listen. Fight for the voices who can no longer speak. Those who died, for a money hungry, organization, that could care less about its members. Its a death cult, and the Elders on the blood committees that would threaten DFing if blood was used, are simply just EXECUTIONERS in suits and ties.

Their sins have amassed high unto the heavens indeed.

Post Convention Euphoria

Every assembly, was/is, the "best assembly ever". Its a joke. Honestly, with this new breed of younger JW's, and the social media age, and the Borg, accepting ONLY JW approved social media, and content, its the new way to "show" how "spiritual" you are.

It used to be, "I am a pioneer", see how "spiritual" I am. However, once the preaching work was no longer financially profitable, and the Borg emphasized it less and less, the new way for these young, brainwashed, JW sheep to show how "spiritual" they are, is to put up a bunch of clichéd, one liner, hashtags. Its honestly, just more of the same, but with a modern spin.

Throwing around a bunch of buzz words, and telling each other what they THINK each other wants to hear. In the end each one of them is hoping that the biggest Elder in their congregation, or whoever they want to think they are the most spiritual, will see those stupid hashtags. Hoping they will say, "My, my, look how spiritual little Jonny, and Jenny are", "Such great examples of the youth in our org".

Its a bunch of bullshit, and the scary thing is, these people are to brainwashed to see it.

DId you ever fall asleep at the meetings, Assemblys??

if i'm tierd i fall asleep anywere so the meetings ect were no diffrent my wife would always try to wake me but im a deep sleeper.

The real question should be, has anyone ever NOT fallen asleep at a meeting, or convention, lol.

Personally, I never fell asleep at the Kingdum hall, but absolutely have at assemblies. How can you not fall asleep at assemblies? Contrary to what everybody LIES about every latest assembly being "The BEST assembly EVER", they are really BORING as shit. Sitting ANYWHERE for 8 hours, will, and does, make anyone sleepy. It is either a fight to stay awake, or dozing off.

I have a friend, who is still one of my oldest friends, who grew up with me in the "truth". He must have known it was all bullshit, younger than me, cause he would fall asleep EVERY meeting. I did not have that luxury as my Dad was an Elder. My buddy, however, he was lucky enough to fall asleep, like clock work, after the opening song, or prayer, and wake up, like clock work, as soon as the closing song would end. Him, and sometimes his younger brother, did it EVERY meeting, lol

He was known as the "kid who sleeps at the meetings". Whats even funnier, is he had a bunch of brothers and sisters, so they didn't always have a full row available for them all to sit together. So, many times, they would have to sit in the very front row, as it was the only full open row. He would be sleeping away, snoring, right in front of the visiting Sunday speaker. It was great. The beauty about it was that he knew he did it too, and never played dumb, or even tried to fight it, lol.

trying to find info on the scandal involving mexican congregations not having prayers and singing at the meetings.. i have found some info on jw facts but would like more if anyone knows of a good website to look at.. watchtower observer had some info before but that website is long gone.. any help would be much appreciated.. thanks wgo..

Scumbags. Lying, hypocritical, SCUMBAGS. They will guilt the average R&F member into giving up/sacrificing everything, including educating, and supporting their own families, but they will stretch ANY rule they can, if it means preserving their financial profitability.

I wonder if this also was part of the reason they specifically allowed Mexican Witnesses to lie about their political affiliation, and avoid jail time, but brothers in Africa had to DIE for their stance. I don't know for sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't a monetary reason behind that too.

Welcome Tight Pants. Isnt it a great feeling when you finally tell these fake, hypocrites whats up. Its quite liberating, honestly. These Cult members have no idea just how out of touch with reality they are.

They constantly overstep boundaries, and somehow feel justified in THEIR innapropriate actions. Like somehow the Cult rhetoric that's brainwashed them, gives them the right to come unannounced to your home, questioning you and your wife, and practically "spiritually" threatening you.

They are fools, in the end. Slaving for a Cult that breeds lies, hate, destruction of family, and fanaticism. They spread "disease" like dogs. Their culture of backstabbing, and jockeying for "position", all for fake praise for each other thats mistaken as "spirituality", is a festering evil that should be purged from our lives.You handled it wonderfully, and told them whats up, and they deserved every minute of it.

A nice, well placed jab to their throats, while they were standing on YOUR property, would NOT have been to overkill either, but they way you did it was good too, lol.

Was looking at my childhood book "From Paradise Lost to Paradise Regained" I found something interesting.

i was showing a friend of mine what kind of books my parents allowed me to read when i was very young.

no children books that was age related but the so called orange paradise book was my only children book i had.

she was taken back on how violent it was and showing little kids being killed by god was just unspeakable.

Lol, look at page 46. The illustration of Nimrod, I believe, looks something like Lord of the rings, meets Norse Mythology, meets Game of Thrones, meets old testament Hebrew mythology.

Is that Merlin the wizard, Gandalf the Grey, or Saruman the white wizard, sitting next to "horny" Nimrod?

Do you think I should get something for my wife for her birthday?

my wife is still nominally in, but only because it "makes me (her) happy".

there is nothing academic about her beliefs and when i try, she interprets me as negative.. but then she cusses like a sailor and watches certain movies with me.

her birthday is coming up and it's also right around valentine's day.

@ Schnell - If YOU want to give her something, PLEASE just do it. ONLY do it, if YOU want to, though. Don't think about it being because its her Bday, or even Valentines day, do it cause you are thinking of her, love her, and just want to give her something.

Its YOUR life. Its YOUR relationship. Never let the man made rules of a CULT dictate a way you want to express your love towards your mate. I honestly believe, NOTHING bad can, and will come out of you giving her a present for whatever day it may be, ONLY good.

My wife was never a Witness, and had ZERO knowledge and experiences with JW's, until she met me, and I have been OUT for over 20 years. With that being said, I sometimes just give a gift, jut to give it. Not for anything special, other than thinking of her, and loving her. I do this for my daughters too. I will even get my wife a gift, sometimes, around her bday, and not on it. I keep things spontaneous, and keep em guessing, lol.

I guarantee, she will love whatever you give her, whether its for her bday, or not. But, if she doesn't like it, then just divorce her, and don't look back. THATS A JOKE, SMILE, I AM KIDDING, lol.

hi everyone i don't even know where to begin.

i recently saw leah remini's series on scientology thanks to my husband (semi-active jw) and i felt like my eyes were being opened for the 1st time in my adult life.

i felt shaken almost sick to my stomach with each episode i watched.

Welcome. Its very brave, and courageous of you to take even this first step. It can be overwhelming, and depending on certain circumstances, like family still "IN", and how much your personal life is intertwined, it can be scary.

Take things one step at a time. It took you many years to get to where you ae now, so don't worry about having to change everything quickly. Do, and keep things, on YOUR terms, always. Especially as you learn more, and gather more info. Do not show your "hand", unless you are positive you can without consequences.

I can relate to all you are thinking, and perhaps going thru. I was a "born in", and was 15 years old in 1990. Sounds like we are around the same age, and in turn raised in the "truth" at around the same time of this Cult.

I have been out since my early 20's, luckily, but I still only realized I was raised in a cult only about 3 years ago. Although, I have been away from the organization since the mid to late 90's, I still thought it was the "truth" until just a few years ago. I researched, I found out, I discovered, and it all unraveled. I couldn't believe all the lies we were told.

I know I was told from a very young age, that "this generation" that was alive in 1914, would not pass away. Well, that "knowledge" has been flushed down the toilet. That was taught to us as being 100%, iron clad TRUTH from God. I remember being around 12 years old, and the Watchtower cover with those older, elderly, brothers and sisters on it, and the caption "they will not pas away". Well, guess what, EVERY one of those dear, elderly brothers and sisters are DEAD.

Its hard to believe that our religion of our youth was all lies, but once that's discovered, you cant go back. Again, it takes courage to admit this. I promise, with this knowledge, DOES come power, and it does take time, but you will be better for knowing the REAL TRUTH.

What finally helped you to peek behind the curtain

i'm interested in finding out what it was that finally enabled you to open your eyes to the real truth of watchtower.

what started me thinking, was the societys very own book...' 'revelation..it's grand climax at hand'.

i found that book farcicle.

For me, it started with the hypocrisy amongst the Elder body, and men in charge. The poor way they handled things. The warped perceptions they made on "spiritual matters", and other peoples spirituality. How the Elders thought they could dictate what God felt, or thought about other humans, and situations. The cliques of the Elders, their wives, the pioneers, and all the good old boys club mentality.

Being raised in the "truth", is a very polarizing experience. I can honestly say, that I have met some of the BEST human beings I have ever known in my life, and equally some of the WORST human beings on planet earth. I have been out of the "truth" since my early 20's, which is half my life, as I am in my early 40's now, so I have had an equal length of time, both in and out. I have known Witnesses, and Worldly people, equally as much, nd Witnesses take the cake for having more of the worst type of humans, unfortunately.

After being out of the "truth" for many years, I still felt it WAS the "truth". Fortunatelly, the way I was treated by the same people that were my only family, and friends, is what kept me from returning. It wasn't until about 7 or 8 years ago that I started REALLY researching the Cult, and its history. This was actually very therapeutic for me, as it showed me the REAL truth about this organization, that I think in the back of my mind, I always knew. I then realized that the people in the Org, were the "fruits" of this rotten organization, and its fruit wasn't good.

I guess, looking back, I should be thankful that I was DF'd, even if it was unfairly. It got me away from this parasitic, toxic, organization, a lot sooner in life than most. The "curtain" came down many years AFTER I was already out. I am just glad I didn't try to get re-instated many years ago. Life circumstance was in my favor. I think it would have been harder to find out TTATT, while still "IN", and being stuck, than learning what was behind the curtain, while already "on the other side".
