i would have to say the worst (aka: funniest) thing i ever did at a meeting was when i sat with the circuit overseer and his wife (many moons ago......) .
anyway, he was really prim and proper and she was of course, a very submissive wife who barely spoke without her husbands permission.
anyway, he goes to the platform and starts off by asking th audience: who was ahab?
Ok. Do any of you guys remember a LLLLOONNG time ago....the song about the paradise that sounded Hawaiian? It was the last song in the OLD pink paperback songbooks.
I don't know if they still have that song or not. I was about 3 yrs old and remember vividly. My parents were facing forward, singing from their songbooks and I stood up behind them on the chair and started dancing the hoola slowly to the beat. I WAS 3 YEARS OLD PEOPLE. anyway, the sisters in the back were laughing and laughing so i kept dancing, thinking, "i must be cute". Well, mom and dad turned around and caught me doing the hoola.....the took me to the bathroom and whacked me good.
man....every time i heard that song after that...i stood as stiff as a board (although inside, i STILL wanted to hoola!)
this is a sanitized version of a game my new friends taught me, based on b... s... bingo.
take this insert to your next meeting.
when you fill the card, jump up and yell.... well, you know how the game goes.
EXCELLENT! KUDOS.
who here has every seen/felt/experienced spooky/ghostly things???
i did a couple of times at an apt.
i lived in when i went to state.
I can't say that i have ever had an "experience" myself, however i have had several relatives that swear up and down they have.
One thing i can say, i have a stronger than usual curiosity about the occult. However, my indoctrination was so severe, i still get really scared if i think i'm getting tooo close to the boundaries, you know? it took years before i would allow myself to watch movies with a demonic theme. once i conquered that demon (lol), then i moved on to watch the king of them all....The Exorcist. I've been to a numerologist a few times....she pinpointed several things about me but i'm not convinced yet. And i'm dying to go to a seance or play w/a Ouija board. those are my next hurdles.

VALIS: you nailed it.
Haitian: Please respond to your source, or lose credibility so early (you're still a Newby). Obviously you've not read Franz's book or you wouldn't be asking why this is "so impossible".
Seriously doubt it. Where did you hear this?
