I have the impulse to start a thread on dreams. Bad dreams, my dreams, your dreams and "Wet" dreams.

First of all, MY dreams. All my dreams are the same, they never go anywhere. I start dreaming about something Im going to do, some place Im heading to, or some person I have an intent with, but tjhe dreams always spin off into non attainment. They get diverted as someone or some event occurs to draw me away from my goal, and I wind up with a pile of other things I have to deal with beore I can get back on track and achieve the original intent.

I think I am a very frustrated person. And my dreams reflect this.My dreams are as unfullfilling as my real life.A bit unfair really.

Has anyone ever had a dream where they attained the end result?? I myself can only think of ONE "fullfilling" dream that I had. It actually was a dream where I had mad rampant sex with a woman in every position under the sun. Sex in Full abandon . The woman was someone COMPLETELY unexpected, but someone that I know well. What about you? Are your dreams fullfilling? or Frustrating? Or are they just patchworks full of alegory with no particular sense to them?

    Please tell.....

Once I had a really sad dream where everything was sepia like an old movie. I woke up crying.

Since then, nothing much really, just little fragments...

Some of my dreams are quite funny and include people from the board...like when I'm in a dream and posters here are making comments while they watch my dream..*L* I also have a dream where I jump very high into the air or I fly around and it scares me awake on the free fall..., but I love those dreams totally! Most of my other dreams I'm travelling with friends or I meet up with them unexpectedly and usually go fishing in at least some part of all my dreams...my fave was fishing in the middle of this city in a mall no less..*L* The sex dreams come and go and are usually just a friendly reminder to myself that I need to make a phone/pirate treasure call or two..eheheh.....which happens promptly thereafter indeed.

    Sincerely,

I have all kinds of dreams. Some bad, some good. Here is asex dream i had.

Some dub girls from my last congregation were standing around in a group, as they do. I asked them,'ok, who wants to ***** me?' The wife of one of the elders that dfd me, a tall, pretty blonde stepped forward. I asked her if she was sure that she wanted to do it. She didn't waver. We went into a room, and did it on the carpet. It was a sort of 'merging'. Very satisfying:)

    okay.

Im interested to know if anyone has dreams where the dream actually goes somewhere. It is complete. In other words it is satisfying. Not just sex dreams, but dreams about ...oh....say you are heading towards a place. Did you arrive? In all mine, I never arrive .

I might dream that I am going to a place to see someone. On the way I get a flat tyre. But I dont have a spare. So I go looking for a phone. On the way to the phone I find I have no change....So now I have to get money...then find a phone....then change the tyre.... SEE? I am getting further away from where I want to go. I dont need dreams like this. My real life is like that!

Come to think of it, in a lot of my dreams i'm going somewhere, just traveling great distances at high speed, looking for something, often lost, or in a wrong place. Hmmm, they say life is a journey, not a destination. Does this apply to dreams too?

You trigger me brother! I have FLYING dreams a lot. I guess they are quite sastisfying. In the dreams I use a swimming stroke, (breaststroke) and I just swim into the air as though it is dense, like water. I swim very high and look down upon the world from a great height. I have to keep "swimming" otherwise I sink to the ground. The very first flying dream I had .,I was swimming down a river, and found myself starting to rise out of the water and into the air.

Yes. Flying dreams are cool. Thanks for reminding me of some pleasant dreams Ive had.

I used to be constantly chased and attacked in my dreams, until I learnt to control the dream. I now have the ability to summon forth say, a weapon of choice, and then turn and fire on my pursuers.

My dreams tend to be very vivid and for the most part disturbing. Horrible visions etc.

Other dreams tend to be mundane and ritualistic. You know, going through daily routines, almost as if you are leading your life through a dream.

Now you are bored ... I'll bugger off !

    Abandoned Old House

    Suzanne writes:

This dream has been reaccuring for the past 10 years or so and gets more detailed with each visit. It starts with my going into an old home...A huge old home...Upon entry there is a huge staircase leading to the second floor. I have been into the nursery on the first floor, and it is all cluttered with old furniture and dusty from no use. It has an old basanette, a twin bed, old style dressers, and odds and ends that fill the room overfull, and there is an old half bathroom in there as well. The Master room downstairs is old but is exquisite. The furnishings are lavish, but it too is abandoned. There is a room off the Master room, like a study and I have never been able to go in there because there is always men meeting in there and it is off limits to me. There is another bedroom downstairs that is different. It is between other rooms and has not as fancy of furnishings. It has a bathroom off of it and another bedroom on the other side. You have to go through one of those rooms to get to it. I have laid down in that room. But I do not recall having stayed there.

The house always facinates me and I want to explore it all over and cannot seem to get this done. It is scarey but at the same time is intriguing. Never have I used the main stairs to enter the 2nd story of this home. I use another tiny and winding staircase and come up at the start of a long hallway. The rooms are all furnished but not attended to and not stayed in. There is nothing about these rooms that draws particular attention to me...other than I want to see them all and never have had the time to. I have always been drawn away to look at something else. There is another staircase that goes up to a door. This staircase is very tiny. I can't remember being in that room at the top, but I am fearful of it.

I have no clue as to what this dream is telling me other than my hubby and I were talking and I felt that maybe if I saw the entire home I would die. Strange? Let me know if you can what you think of this dream.

    Thank you,
    Blessed Be, Suzanne aka RubyJewel

    Lady Raya's analysis:

Ahhh, the House Dream. As shocking as it may seem to you, the House Dream is one of the most commonly shared dreams. I had House Dreams for most of my life, but I must say I haven't had one in . . . oh, three or four months now.

The House, like almost every thing in a dream, is You. The various "rooms" and "levels" represent aspects of yourself which need to be explored. Since the dream gets more detailed with each visit, you are progressing in your task of learning about yourself.

The nursery on the first floor is all cluttered with old furniture and dusty from no use, because you are not "nursing" yourself. Things in there are "old and cluttered", because you don't "baby yourself."

Likewise, the Master room downstairs is "abandoned." Your Mastery of yourself is exquisite and lavish . . . because you have mastered control, but abandoned the reason for control. The room men meet in, directly "off the Master control room" is forbidden to y ou , because you are a woman. "God forbid" you should attend to men's work.

You've "laid down" in the Guest room, but not stayed there, for you are a courtesan in this house, a passer through, not the owner. The owner would not have abandoned so much of it.

You don't use the main staircase to rise to the next level, for that staircase would be for the mistress, the owner, and the Queen, and you feel instead like the servant, who must use the back stairs.

You've always wanted to know these rooms in your house, but you've never "had the time to" because your attention has always been drawn away from exploring your Self.

This is a guaranteed true interpretation. The House Dream is so common, so frequently brought up in psychoanalysis, that its meaning is a fairly agreed upon standard. Yes, of course you feel like if you saw this house you would die. Because if you truly knew your Self, the person you think you are, the image you have of yourself today, would be invalidated.

In meditation, using a blank journal, begin to explore that house, and speak to the Goddess. Take Her hand, and tell Her you are ready to see all the rooms.

    Blessed be,

    saint satan.

That dream with the elders wife was a very cool dream. I wish Id had it. I could think of a couple of elders wives I fancied putting on the carpet.

    Dizzy cat says-

..."I used to be constantly chased and attacked in my dreams, until I learnt to control the dream. I now have the ability to summon forth say, a weapon of choice, and then turn and fire on my pursuers'...

Now THAT interests me...howd you learn to do that?? Any pointers for us frustarted ones?
