Is this workplace harassment?

i work in pa at a fortune 500 co. the manager i currently have is lazy, has no backbone, and is completely incompetent!

this is not just my personal opinion either - it is a running 'joke' amongst the entire dept of this man's managerial skills (or lack thereof).

so much so that even the other managers will make comments about my manager inability to properly perform his job...so this is what i'm dealing with.. being a very straightforward person, i find that being upfront about issues/situations seems to make things easier.

if they are doing an investigation make sure they have it on record about him messing up your paperwork that cost you money while you were off sick and that your commission paperwork etc has been messed up. theres a pattern there and if hes managed to get everyone elses right apart from yours it would give an indication somethings not quite the tcket.

if hes messing other peoples up as well he is obviously inept at the least.

why not just let them live their futile, dysfunctional lives and let time be the judge?.

mine were scattered, so some were filed in the 'dead and gone' folder, one nearby was just a neccesary evil, (already filed) but part of the baggage in order to see my nan here and there as they were tied by living arrangements.

my nan was the last link in my mind to my 'previous life family' and her passing was the last funeral, and final closure.

i am currently inactive.

i may attend a meeting or two a month, sometimes none.. i have no feelings of animosity towards the organization, or anyone in it.

thats the trouble with hire purchase friends, theyre never really yours to keep, they only last as long as the installments.

hello everyone, my name is bob and i am a recovering jehovah's witness.

i have a beautiful wife and four equally beautiful children.

my major malfunction is that i am very much a believer and as most here would agree, some major teachings do not line up in harmony with scripture.. god used the help of a pastor friend of mine and together we were able to show my wife from the bible certain biblical truths do not line up with "the truth".
