"This system is soo bad! Its so awfull!"
by highdose inthe above is something i often heard jw's say in one way or another, but they could never fully eleabourate.. so i propose a debate: is the world "bad and "soo awfull"?
as the jw's would have you belive?.

**Waste treatment and electricity.**
well if they hate it now wait till they revert to living in an undeveloped world and they had to get off their arses and grow gather their own food and take care of all their other neccesities, cos for all this talk of armageddon coming sooooo soon, i didnt see any example of anyone teaching practical survival skills at the hall.
or are they presuming that once everything is cleansed they can put their feet up while 'jehovah' lays on takeaways housing and instant toilets?

Does this link set off any of your cult bells?
by Libelle inhttp://www.ellerslie.com/home.html.
i know this isn't specifically a jw thing, but it does seem cultish to me, so i thought i'd ask you.
a family member is considering going, and it's just ringing all sorts of bells to me.

looks like an upmarket and very expensive and commune version of an alpha course.
and they have a whole series of their own brand spiritual for you to buy.
its just another niche marketing.

I'm being cyberstalked
by gubberningbody insince about valentines day ive been visiting a particular message forum thats much like any other internet babble-board except that the women are a little creepier.
theres this one chick who, i noticed right away, is kind of clever with the one-liners and such, and when i first noticed how many of her posts were replies to my own, i chalked this up to her being just one of those innocently gregarious types who responds to pretty much everyone in topic.. .
in the six or seven months since, however, ive noticed that this isnt really true.

Help me...
by rafreuter ini wish this weren't the way i greeted the board.
i've been lurking here for about 2 years now, but was unable to really interact because of limitations of my ipod browser (you can't post from there) and the parental controls on my computer.. .
well 2 years later, i'm a big boy, turned 18 and moved out.

aww bless, at least give em time to decorate your room ;)
i left home about the same age (stuff thrown up the garden), it can and will get easier if you give it time, and yup everything will be
different from here on in and i wont even attempt to kid you its going to be easy, cos it isnt.
if you put a month limit on yourself youre not giving yourself time to adjust, if you go back with your tail between your legs you may find there are conditions to what you have to do to be allowed back, eg forget college, go pioneering...'throw yourself into it fully'....re-earn trust thats not going to be forthcoming blah blah
you can either face it optimistically like a whole new adventure, or be defeated before youre off the block, only you can decide what you really want.

no relation to cheesecake as you know it.
http://www.yellowswordfish.com/735/how-to-make-a-london-cheesecake/
- Buy a packet of ready rolled puff pastry and cut out disks 9 cm diameter (or squares if you don’t want to be a purist) and place on a baking tray.
- Make indentations in the centre and place a nice drop of jam in the middle of each one.
- Add a blob of frangipane mix (equal amounts of egg, sugar, butter and ground almonds) or just plain cake mix (as used for fairy cakes) – about the size of a large walnut.
- Rest for 30 minutes while oven heats up.
- Bake at 200c /400f for about 15 minutes until nicely done.
- When cool spread fondant icing or thick water icing on top and dip into thread coconut.
