Do you believe Jehovah's Witnesses' Governing Body is the "faithful slave"?

i'm not the first to notice what i'm about to point out and comment accordingly, but today i felt compelled to add a short article on my blog highlighting the new language that governing body member geoffrey jackson supplies as a response.

a person who honestly hesitates to respond with a robust "yes!

God's Kingdom Of a Thousand Years Has Approached WT1973 on page 355 says

"All his belongings" over which the "faithful and discreet slave" class is appointed must refer to all the spiritual things that belong to him on earth in connection with his established heavenly kingdom."

On inspecting the remnant of his anointed disciples in the year 1919 C.E., the reigning King Jesus Christ did find the appointed "slave" faithful and discreet in the feeding of his "domestics." Accordingly, he appointed this "slave" class over all his belongings."

'Finally, we examined why Jesus’ arrival to appoint the faithful slave over all his belongings did not occur in 1919 but will take place during the great tribulation.'

Would I be wrong to conclude that prior to 2013 they were presumptuous, in claiming that Jesus did appoint the faithful slave over all his belongings in 1919 surely there could not be any other spokespeople on earth for Jehovah God or am I wrong?

mrs phizzy ran into a jw lady from a neighbouring congo who has known us since we were teenagers, before we married, sometime in the pleistocene era lol.. during the conversation said lady asked if mrs phizzy was going to the r.c, to which mrs phizzy replied, "oh you haven't heard, we no longer go to meetings".. the jw lady then came back with the question in the thread title, which mrs phizzy handled well.. the point of this is though, what a god-awful, stupid, cult-minded question to ask !.

did she think we woke up one morning and thought "we don't love god anymore" ??

would that happen to anyone ?.

I felt when I left that I would be a hypocrite if I stayed and not a good influence. I felt it was because I loved God I left.
