i do not wish to debate anything here like i have said in the past i have much respect for most on this forum (believers and non believers) i am simply wondering if the atheist or non god believers every worry about what if your wrong?

it seems that many who were jw for so many years attach jehovah/yahweh with the watchtower and since the wt is wrong than god does not exist.

i ask this question only because i care about people and salvation thats why i want to help as many as possable come out of this cult,and since i truly believe in god i dont know what is in the cinscience of those who dont.

Man made the god of the bible in his own image, wihch is why the god of the bible viewed women as property, just like the men in charge during the time period in which the bible was written. Like the men of that time, their god was also racist and a sadist (e.g., the story of how god tested Abraham's faith by asking him to murder his son, and then stopping him just before he was about to do it, all for a sickening, sadistic cheap thrill).

Governing body member engaged... Again!

just found out that the australian governong body member known as geoffrey jackson got engaged to a sister about two weeks ago.

it really shocked me at first but then i remembered how other members of the gb have remarried in the past like daniel sidlik.

what made me say "woah" was hearing that the holy bride to be is really young!

Beautiful car, James!

In the 1980s, that car was my dream car. But I was a lot younger, and at that time, I didn't have the funds to get one. Now I'm a geezer, and my interests have changed, so instead of it being a money issue, it's a desire issue now. I guess it just wasn't in the cards for me.

Nevertheless, I still get excited when I see a Testarossa on the road. They've become pretty rare here, although there are plenty of cars being driven around here in the $200K price range and up. The Testarossa remains as one of my favorite cars of all time.

After the WTBTS pays certain fees and instructs the trial court to send the record to the appellate court (it has done this), the trial court will file the record in the appellate court. Generally, the appealing party's brief must be filed within 40 days following the filing of the record of the trial court proceedings, in the appellate court.

From what I can see online, the trial court has not yet filed the record in the appellate court (caveat: online records of California courts are not always updated promptly, depending on the court). So the 40 day deadline has not started to run yet.
