Well it certainly doesn't belong to a JW that's for sure.

It doesn't have ladder racks on the roof!!

That doesn't look like a Testes Roaster to me.

Hmmm,... doesn't look like a service car to me.

Scott77, I do not think the car in your picture is a Ferrari. It is certainly not any standard production Ferrari.

BTW did put up a picture of my car - 1986 Testarossa 60447.

    Beautiful car, James!

In the 1980s, that car was my dream car. But I was a lot younger, and at that time, I didn't have the funds to get one. Now I'm a geezer, and my interests have changed, so instead of it being a money issue, it's a desire issue now. I guess it just wasn't in the cards for me.

Nevertheless, I still get excited when I see a Testarossa on the road. They've become pretty rare here, although there are plenty of cars being driven around here in the $200K price range and up. The Testarossa remains as one of my favorite cars of all time.

    Cheers, Mr. Woods!

    Thanks, 144001 -

I am still puzzled about the car that Scott77 posted - it seems to have Penske markings, but looks more like a custom street car to me than a racing car.

I am going to put it on the Ferrari site to see if anybody knows what it is.

Scott77's car is a small-company effort at yet another supercar: The Ultimate Aero -
