Ask yourself: Did I really reject Jehovah, or did I just reject the WT Printing Corporation with its many MAN-MADE rules?

The WBTS DOES NOT equal Jehovah - as most Witnesses conclude. You can still love Jehovah and reject the JW Religion. Contrary to what the WT teaches, it is NOT the "one, true religion".

Dateline VHS Not Available

i just called nbc to try to order the vhs tape of last night's segment on jw's, and they said that a taped version is not and will not be available because of copyright issues.

i'm not sure how that works, i would have thought that the network was the owner of the program and could distribute it as it sees fit.. guess i'll have to settle for ordering a transcript.... tom.

It could also have something to do with the preview of the StarWars movie that was shown at the end of the program. It may NOT just be the WT who does not want Dateline to sell the VHS.

What happened to GB member Leo Greenlees??

i would like to ask jws who are visiting here to go check their watchtower indexes for leo greenlees.

he was a member of the governing body, he also is the only governing body member whose disappearance from the gb is not documented in watchtower literature!

the announcement of the death, resignation or dismissal of every gb member can be found in watchtower publications except that of leo greenlees!!!

well, it seems that in many areas, the elders have been meeting alot more than usual this weekend.. abnormal times for elders to meet that is.

just because dateline only aired part of the info that they had "in the can", doesn't mean that they will not air more of the story at a later date.

last week they only aired part of the car "crash test" results.

Last week they only aired part of the car "Crash Test" results. This week they returned to that subject. Maybe they will do the same with the JW story.

in view of the seriousness of the upcoming topic to be covered on dateline i thought about this post and decided to revise it.

i think it is important to not be too lighthearted as the dateline program seeks to bring out the truth about a serious matter.

therefore i decided to remove the post.

Oprah, Silentlambs?

i'm sure you've already thought about it, but your stories would be perfect for oprah's show.

due to the nba playoffs, dateline is going to show pretty early or pretty late in some areas and that means that many will miss it who might otherwise have been in a position to see it.. have you thought about contacting the oprah show about your stories and the issues involved?
