i really like this girl who ive been told is a jw.
im not sure about jw's and their beleifs of dating so i have a few questions.. 1) are jw's allowed to date outside their religion?.
2) what are jw's beleifs on pre-marital sex?.

Like I said, FIRST you need to find out for sure if she is JW or not. Why don't you just call her on the phone and be friendly and just ask that question. Then base your further decisions on her answer. If she is JW - You have lots of research ahead of you. DO NOT pursue a relationship with her until you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. If she is THAT young, you have lots of time to wait for her to grow up anyway.

i am posting this because i think some of you know this man.
i got a phone call at about 11:00 last night (monday) informing me that he had died sunday and had been cremated.
his name is dominick marino, he had also been an elder for about 50 years.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Even though there may not have been much contact latley, family is still family.

When you find them - show one or two at a time to your family members and simply ask "Why" these exist. Ask the question like it really bothers you to find these contradictions. Play innocent.
It will take time, but eventually they will have enough doubts built up in the subconscience to at least begin to question some things for themselves. It will be a snowball process - very slow but steadily growing.

Have her parents forbad you from seeing this girl?
I asked this question because I find it strange that you have written that although you must live within walking distance, you will not be able to see or talk to this girl for nine more months. If the answer to the above question is "no", then why not just try calling this girl on the phone or writing her a letter?
Does this girl have an email address?
Before you even begin to think about dating her, you need to ask her what religion she is. If she is JW, Foursquare, or some other religion. Jw's are a high control CULT whereas the Foursquare Church is not. Since religion will be an important factor to her, you will need to research that religion's belief system before you can even think of having a serious relationship with this girl.
Stick around and read some of the other threads on JWD, you may find them very interesting.

i was having my usual bible study on thursday, with an elder from our local kingdom hall.. we are about half way through the knowledge book.. when i brought up the u.n. scandal and the silent lambs thing he just walked right out my door.. i am left wondering if he will come next week or if i am disfellowshipped even before i am baptized?

i really hate jw hypocrisy.
i love my mom but i am sick and tired of the hypocrisy from her and my family.
last summer on august 10th a day before my sons 3rd birthday i recieved package from my jw family wrapped in cute gift paper.
I've heard that many JW's have a "Family Day" around this time of the year. They have a big dinner and give presents too. But it is not Christmas to them.

hello everyone,i know this might be the stupidest post i wrote but here it goes....... i have a friend( my only friend) that lives in louisana not too far away from me,she used to live here before than she moved to texas,now shes back here,and we have been best friends for awhile now,well she is worldy and i know my parents would never let me go spend the weekend with her,which is very unfair cause im like a hermit and im deprived of the outside world...lol im sorry i dont like to complain too people too much.well i dunno how im going to go see her,if i had a car it would be alot easier,where would i say i was going for a weekend?how would i be able to trick them?,lol,i know this is a retarded post,but if any wants to write back,plz,,,,help me,hehe
