Do we know for sure what happens after death?
I think we are dead. Death is not a transition to another life - it is the end. So, live your life as if it is the only time you have, because it is.
christian denominations say we go to heaven, witness say we stay alseep until ressurection.
quran says when we go we grt 72 virgins, unless we blow some people up.. .
i'm not really concerned with death atm, i'm not dead.

imo the most exciting thing you will ever do in "the truth" is to leave !.
that's right, no website or rc nu-lite or service meeting letter compares.
to the adrenaline rush of waking up, planning your strategic withdrawal,.
Changing congregations is one of the most efficient and effective strategies of the "fade." It may not be the complete strategy, but it should always be a component.
check out the new jan 2015 study wt, article, they offer themselves willingly.
they give examples of young and middle age brothers and sisters who are selling their dream homes, uprooting their lives, etc, to move to help w/ building branches, etc, and how they know it's only temporary but not worried about what happens when they send them home.

at the soft drink market once dominated by coca-cola.
If I was still a Jehovah's Witness, I would love the change to JW. It was always embarrassing to say the name of my religion.
I would have loved to have this conversation instead of what I had to endure:
Who, me? Ah yes, I am a Christian just like you, in fact I am a JW. Have you seen our website? JW.org. Check it out. Bye bye now...

Great analogy Terry. You should be teaching marketing. In fact, the Watchtower transition is a great case study for a marketing class. I am fascinated by this whole process.
I agree with everything you say. But keep in mind that Coke still remains. Its market share has not change substantially despite all these blunders.
Moral of the story: Diehards are diehards. If the society said that purple is green, diehards will change their view to accommodate the society.

First time I saw, thanks for posting. Very sad.
It is turning into two separate religions - one for public consumption and the other for internal followers. The internal piece has not changed.
Why is the set in Brooklyn Heights and all that property is up for sale? That makes little sense.
The article made me very uncomfortable. What I initially expressed, and restated by Flipper, was my understanding that this is more than wet dream. I have had many less than saintly thoughts, but I never thought that I needed help. The number afflicted seems higher that I realized, and as we know not all people are able to keep their demons at bay. Feeling sorry for these people is an emotion that I have little interest in; however, I don’t suggest I have an answer.
