i have drawn the conclusion that when god speaks, he is using the language and the concepts of the time.

he is not revealing a new scientific understanding when he speaks.

that would be distracting from the point being made.

To bad when dog spoke - he at no time revealed any information that could be conclusively proven to have been from - i don't know - the creator of the universe?

Maybe talk about the Carbon Cycle and not the water cycle that is as obvious anything.

Maybe talk about the atom, or about gravity?

Say something about magnetism, continental drift, that there are other PLANETS going around our sun.

Maybe that there are galaxies?

Or maybe he could have said that "at the time of the end, men will discover Dark Matter and Dark energy.

Dude the bible is a bad story with less value than Aesops Fables.

i was reading in another forum, that a letter to the elders instructed them to speak to anybody who persists in wearing tight pants.

if changes don't happen then the instructions are to disqualify him from being a publisher but it won't be announced to the congregation.

i am am curious to see if this letter will surface.

Dude - you got it so wrong - Beards were made perfect - but Satan Perverted them - so now people wear them to promote themselves as being more important than god.

Why do witnesses feel the need to put JW ORG on all their social media sites?

have you all noticed the obsession witnesses have of putting jw.org on all their social media sites like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?.

so many put it in their bio section...like some sort of loud proclamation to other witnesses that they are righteous and spreading the message.. it's also very lazy.

now with no personal effort at all, they can just say jw.org and be "witnessing".

Well - not really - they don't do it unless they do. They even said - that sometimes antitypes apply.

This is their way to cover over the mistakes and BS they have spewed out in the past in regards to "antitypes" but still use them to their advantage when they want to.
