hi wifi.. i don't believe these have been seen before.. one is a general guideline given to elders who report a child safety issue in the congregation, and the second is the form they have to return to the legal department.. they are both recent forms.. the questionnaire has an interesting question at a.6 stating if the legal dept has advised to contact the authorities yes or no.

I dont see any way they could do mandatory Tithing past what they do now - asking the congregation to set a monthly amount to send to the GB. They couched that enough to make it seem like kinda not tithing, but if it went to a publisher level there would be big problems.

It will never happen because the things they are waiting for - like the UN Ending world religion - will never happen. Thus having to change their "message" wont be needed.
