  Special Talk During the Meeting Today About the Bad Press in Canada

  i was invited to a congregation in ontario, canada today and as soon as the meeting opened the brother conducting the meeting said there was a very important statement coming from the borg.

  this talk replaced the two last parts of "living as a christian" section.

  he started reading a letter from the borg about how much they loved us.

  Daily text for 12-7-2016 Gods promises "Dynamic"?

  wife read me the daily text this morning out of the blue this morning and a couple of sentences stuck out in my head.. all of jehovah’s promises are dynamic, not static, because he is constantly working toward their fulfillment.

  In the battle with Midian, the Israelites preserved alive only virgins from among the women and girls.

  I wonder, how did they know what women had sex?
  Since they did not have the Jewish Dog anti-sex laws, did they check their Snap-Chat first to look for sex pics?
  Did the army interview the women to and their neighbors to find out?
  Did they check for a broken Hymen (which indicates NOTHING) to see?
  
  How could a loving Dog give that kind of command in the first place, and how could he give a command where there would be NO certainty as to the outcome?

  there is genuine concern about space and resources.. imagine, then, 100 billion people being resurrected to live on earth.

  some jws will argue that not everyone will be resurrected to earth, including 144,000. imagine 50 billion then, assuming that half of the people who ever lived did something so horrific that they aren't deemed worthy to be resurrected.. jws who are lurking and reading this: where are they going to live?

  That is a pretty STUPID way to think.

  Would a DOG of unlimited power and intelligence have to violate his own laws of physics because he has to raise for the dead so many people because his plan was so bad in the first place.

  1. Like as- when he is making the planet bigger - where do the people go till its done?
  2. Will humans have and every other living thing have to evolve to handle the HIGHER gravity on our now bigger world?
  3. Will the O2 we breathe become deadly because not under higher atmospheric pressure its toxic to us?
  4. How will we handle the NEW ORBIT we will be in now? Will it change the climate so we cant live here?

  and on and on and on.

  Again either DOG likes to wing things - he is a bad planner - or just really stupid.

  During my bible study I was told that if necessary, Jehovah could always make the earth bigger.

  Ok that may be the stupidest thing I ever heard from a JW - and that's saying a lot!

  Why is religion in general so obsessed with what people choose to do with their willies and vaginas?

  what was it in the evolution of religion that got them so hung up about what people do with their genitalia?.

  i mean, the (mis)use of genitalia is up there with murdering another human being in terms of badness.. and in the 21st century, we have a situation where in the jw religion, it's deemed as acceptable for three middle aged/old men to sit a teenage girl down and ask her the details of her use of her genitals.

  to any normal person this is intrusive, completely inappropriate and bordering on deviancy.. why they so obsessed?.

  Much had to do with Proving Male Lineage, and a woman's chief value being her uterus.

  I stated the number that is current - yes 100 billion - in a public talk once. One prominent elder from the congregation I was visiting asked me about that after. "The society says 20 billion I thought"

  I told him "yea but that is a very old number, there have been much more accurate studies since that, and its not like the society counted them all up themselves right."

  I was going to send him the references after, but never did.

  Has the rebranding worked?

  it's been several years since the start of the rebranding of jehovahs witnesses.

  i believe it started with the website change.

  ever since then the religion has moved in a more modern direction.
