i didn't manage to last the whole broadcast.
it was so unbelievably boring that i only managed halfway before i switched it off.
in this broadcast anthony morris iii (who i affectionately call "the don") stresses to us the importance of studying - not one - but two of their publications in order to understand the bible.
Remember when we used to tell people at the Door that the Bible was EASY to understand, that you didnt need Scholars to interpret it for you? That any honest hearted person who would read it could understand?
When I pioneered (aka letting the sands of my hourglass slip by in a pointless activity) i told many many people that. Remember we would have the KM talking points about how the bible explains itself, and how god would not make it hard for people to know his will...

so as of july 2nd my wife delivered by c-section our little one pound, three ounce daughter izabella.
it was a very scary night that started with a decel and turned into multiple decels that greatly concerned the doctors.
by early morning they felt the need to take her for her safety.

there's a popular misconception that books in general are in terminal decline, that this is the reason the wt organisation has turned to tablets instead of print, and this in turn has created a financial crisis for the organisation which traditionally relied upon publishing books for income.
this is wrong on a number of levels.
firstly physical books are not in terminal decline, they are as popular as ever with consumers.
WT has turned to all electronic media as much as possible to SAVE MONEY.
Not many years ago every assemble had multiple parts on the EVILS of ELECTRONICS!
Cell phone - Smart phones - Tablets ---- all of it was Satans way of feeding you Porn - or Taking your time away from doG (meaning being a slave to the WT).

he told me the book is not available until now, because the revised bible haven't been released in german.. to all congregations.
In view of the cost involved in producing printed publications, it is preferred that publishers make full use of electronic copies if possible.
That is NOT new - that has been the company line for a while now.
Since it turned out NOT to be materialistic or evil to use an iPad from the stage.

I used an iPad for my talks and parts literally the week it came out.
It was a great tool for that and gave me lots of freedom (paper sucks)
Then it became TABOO! We got a letter saying that if Elders use it from the stage, it will make friends who can't afford it go out and get one - or it will cause Class Distinctions.
So it was back to paper till......
The WT figured out how much they would SAVE with making electronic pubs!
Then it was - F#uck the Class Distinctions - full speed ahead!
