  2nd question. What is the most practical step we can take to prepare for future difficulties?

  Answer: At that time, the life-saving direction that we receive from Jehovah’s organization may not appear practical from a human standpoint. All of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not. (4) Now is the time for any who may be putting their trust in secular education, material things, or human institutions to adjust their thinking.

  when i was a teenager, i was told by an elder that because i smiled a lot and was known for my good sense of humor, that i should come across as "more serious".

  so before i was appointed a ms, while in my late teens, i transformed myself into a much more "serious" brother.. were you ever told that you needed to work on something that you knew was stoopid?.

  Just watched the whole thing. ( I feel like i have to take bath now )

  Funny how much of it talks about the need for "mo money" but they failed to mention the Billion $ sale of the Brooklyn properties?

  Also Lett (who is so hard to watch) talks about how the money is going into all this new construction, but then he says that they are looking to cut down bethel so as to concentrate on the preaching work. But at no time does he talk about how the donations or the savings on laying off the bethelites goes into the preaching work.

  Again its total BS, total televangelist style, empty your pockets and give give give.
