I think that the number increasing was a factor in their redefining who the FDS was.

2:19.. in recent years, we have seen an increase in the number of those partaking at the memorial of christ’s death.
that trend contrasts with the decrease in the number of partakers that we saw for many decades.

when originally explaining the "new generations" splaine used the example of joseph and his brothers.. he backed up the time difference between the original anointed, and the new ones by using what he said was a big age difference between the youngest "joseph" and his oldest brothers.. then more recently in a jw broadcast - he said that there was not a big age difference between joseph and his oldest brother.. can any one help me find both those, please?.
Yes but does anyone remember Splain or other GP - maybe at the 2014 international convention or on the broadcast - talk about how since Josephs brothers had a big age discrepancy that it aided the thought of the NEW Generations?

Does anyone recall what I am talking about?
you received a spirit of adoption as sons, by which spirit we cry out: “abba, father!”—rom.
those who have received this special invitation from god do not need another witness from any other source.
they do not need someone else to verify what has happened to them.
Kinda of a damning scripture in many ways. Anointed not needing to be taught, and there being NO LIE (or change of doctrine over and over)

Please don't assume.
And like yea - trying to convince someone that the GB is a weapons supplier will really go somewhere.
Snare by the way - they can just say they invested in a company that makes ceramic engine parts - they don't control who buys them.

looking at all the narcissistic bull shit the watchtower corporation has been spewing out for the world to see about suffering of its members to as nothing worth being very concerned about and as jehovah magnificent be vindicated is much more important.
have they really gone off their rocker enough for a very sizable portion of membership to see their insanity and jump ship?.
i think definitely they are losing all respect from their internet savy members as their madness becomes obvious.
I do think that:
A: They have PLENTY of money for quite a while.
They have fooled all the US congregations to give them more money each month than they would ever have gotten by having mortgages repaid.
They sold Brooklyn.
They have cut most of their costs.
B: They have a SOLID foundation of people who will believe NO MATTER WHAT.
C: That said - recruitment is only coming from KIDS getting baptized.
D: There is no way they can keep 8 million+ happy in the next 20 years as their promises continue to FAIL.
I think that in the next 10 years you will start to see a contraction as the faitful die, young ones want no part of it, and the AMAZING CART WORK (why didn't jesus thing of that 2k years ago) reaps NO rewards.
