The org has had upper echelon people like Jenelle for years, but not on the GB. What this appointment does is marks a notable departure from the practice of having spiritual leaders on the GB. This guy is a business man.
It also raises questions, and ultimately undermines, the belief that the GB leadership is anointed, which is a doctrine surely to change in the future.

I know some Kingdom Halls are shared by 3 and sometimes 4 congregations. The logistics of getting all the meetings scheduled in a week creates a lot of headaches. I could see them cutting back on the midweek meeting at some point.

Not impressed. All I see is an advertisement, narrated by a glib, BS-spouting real estate agent trying to legitimize an unorthodox trade-school 'education'. No degree, no legitimate university education. If that is what they consider experienced, I would direct my real estate management needs elsewhere.

I recall there was a family murder with two sons killing their JW parents, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Menendez family, rather was someone else.
