  To receive the full state pension in the UK you need to have paid thirty years worth of National Insurance contributions (a specific, earnings related tax).

  Whatever his payment record was before his move to Croatia, it will certainly have stalled since then and is unlikely to resume anytime soon.

  Hope he's putting plenty into a private pension or he's screwed. Actually, that's good advice for everyone - full state pension or not.

  Read more widely. The bible is arguably the most influential book ever written and familiarity with it makes sense of so much poor behaviour on our part. Sexism, homophobia, slavery, not to mention wilful scientific ignorance have all been endorsed by that book.

  May I recommend Straight and Crooked Thinking by R.H Thouless?

  perhaps the revised shepherding textbook must be finalised before this watchtower is released publicly.. the 2 subjects may be as follows:.

  I don’t see any evidence of Kingdom Halls “emptying”. But the main reason I find the statement ironic is because churches truly are “emptying” at an astonishing rate.

  It isn't a level playing field. Churches don't employ coercive control like the JW's do. If folks could leave the Kingdom Hall as freely as others leave the Church, without fear of ostracism, isolation or reputational damage, they would.

  And now it's 332, that's 26 down today so far. Each month approximately 2.8% of credit and debit cards expire so from today's starting point of 558 subscriptions you'd expect a drop of 10 just from expired cards. That means that 16 subscribers took the deliberate step of cancelling their support for LE.

  All rough guesses of course but momentum seems to be picking up.
