dating even though not scripturally free to do so

wondering what to think...i'm recently divorced from my jw spouse ( i was never a jw).

we have a 11 year old son who is being forced to attend meetings and have all the beliefs that ex has.

i'm constantly being told what i should do and i'm supposed to go along with ex on whatever he says because apparently the "head of the family" continues after divorce in his world.

Special Pioneer Couple Living at a Kingdom Hall In Miami FL, get the dreaded Letter

just got a phone call from an older sister saying that a couple that got re-assigned from bethel 4 years ago to live at their kh apartment as special pioneers, just received a letter saying "as of january 2016, your special pioneer assignment will be discontinued".. they live in a south miami kh(snapper creek congregation).. this couple had only served in bethel for 15 years before they were sent out into the special pioneer work.

they are now in their mid 50's and the sister said that they have to find part time jobs to support themselves.. the older sister (does not have a pc or internet), says that the couple are just devastated!

Could play like they never got the letter and get a few more months out of the WTBTS. Or did they make them sign for it?

Should I associate with this person?

so there is a guy who wants me to associate with him.

but there are some strange things about him, such as:.

he hears "direction from unseen" forces.. he thinks the idea of slavery was ok.. he likes killing animals and splashing their blood around and making huge bonfires of carcasses smoke all day long.. he has one wife, or maybe two, but is ok with having lots of other sleeping partners as well.. he likes another person who slept with his own daughters.. he thinks women should be subservient and "keep their place".. he frowns on education.. he thinks killing in a war is ok if they deserve it...even babies should be killed.. he is often asking for money.. he thinks that pyramids foretell the future, and that only a few people can explain divine truths to him, except their explanations have changes many, many times...often contradicting other teachings.... etc..... get it?

I need more information to make a decision. Did he use Egyptian Pyramids or the Aztec one?

i have noticed at the last convention and at my last assembly that when i opened up my wifi setting, tons of hotspots came up for people tethering their tablets to their smart phones.

Also if it takes off and more people want to participate can there be more than 1 wifi with the same name?

If not then is there an idea to have a system for additional names at least to let others know that there are more in attendance that are critical.

What are the limitations in wifi naming?

Also being able to do this without being caught is what makes it fun. It's like Mission Impossible in real life.

Now if the WTBTS claim for their God to always have a hand in helping the WTBTS move forward can't seem to find out where a wifi signal is coming from that is promoting a critical site, what would this say about their Gods strength or claim to be on their side?

Put it across the convention and watch from a distance to see if they start to track it down.

We also thought about making one of those devices where it loops the person speakings voice directly back at them so as to make them mess up on their speech.

Like this,...

I have a friend who says he can make one.

Then put into the end of a brief case and send it directly at the brother speaking at a convention. People will think he's having a stroke or started speaking in tongues,

For info hosting devices another idea as far as trying to get as much info into the mind of the viewer would be to create a name for the wifi connection that would draw the person into the site. It would need to look as if the WTBTS was creating a wifi connection for pioneers or elders Ministerial servants or Attendants.

Then on the inside write up some Q and A info to look like the WTBTS was sending out info to the elders to answer FAQ from the Rank and File. "Questions currently being asked by householders and answers that work"

I had thought about putting the device like the pirate box tacit wifibandit has used into a briefcase or a large book.

Make the power to the device run through a contact switch that uses a magnet to trip. This would allow you to toggle the power on and off to the device so that if you thought you were being tracked, you could just power it down without drawing attention to yourself.

For instance the handle on the briefcase could be flipped over to one side to power it on and the other to turn the power off.

Inside a large purse you could just have a much button toggle switch to turn it on and off, just reach in and push the button.

These would be the devices that would host some actual info like the jwfacts.com site or the elders book etc,..

Confronting Parents About 607 vs 587

just thought i would update you guys since my 1st post last week.i haven't been to the meeting for about 2 weeks now, and maybe have like 1 or 2 hours of service combined within the past 2-3 months.

i obviously get the love bombing from relatives when they don't see you at the hall for a while.

Check out this William Miller chart Pre 1843 many decades before CTR was ever born. See the 2520 years over on the right. This would be something you could bring up as to how the WTBTS got the 2520 years? They will mention CTR then you could share that he got this info from William Miller. Also check out videos on Youtube about "The Great Disappointment" showing how WM thought the end was coming in 1844 and how that worked out.
