A ministerial servant in a neighboring congregation logged into his Google account in the congregation computer (can't remember what for...probably to get a document off of Google Drive to print out or something).
Well, he forgot to log out and an elder went through all his e-mails, and his Google+ social media account.
The brother ended up getting removed as an MS because the elder found some things that weren't exemplary in there. (Pictures of him drinking beer, slightly off-color jokes, etc. It was all pretty tame stuff, though.)
That elder is now no longer an elder, although for completely unrelated reasons.

I noticed this to in the past although it hasn't really been an issue for me.
Try going to "settings" on your iPad, scroll down to "Safari", then scroll down to "Clear History and Website Data." This should manually clear the login session.

i just got a call from a friend who informed me that a brother whom i've known for a while and is an elder, just found out last night that his wife of 20+ years declared she was gay, and left him..
i still need to confirm but my friend is very reliable and was close friends with the family.
heres the thing, she spent 20+ years with this man, has children with him and now decides she wants to follow her heart.
I'd be sad, but would be happy for her.
My wife's happiness is important to me. I love her, so I want her to be happy.
If she's miserable with me, and isn't genuinely sexually attracted to me, because of my love for her I wouldn't want to keep her from being true to herself.
This woman likely wouldn't have spent 20+ years ago if she wasn't in a cult that made her afraid of coming out.

I suppose that if you do not want your position on an issue challenged or questioned if you fail to provide evidence, you would not enjoy any kind of conversation with Viv or Cofty.
But, if you actually want to have a real conversation instead of just preaching at people, if you want a free exchange of ideas based on evidence, then you would immensely enjoy conversations with them.
Interacting with them challenges me to back up my claims with evidence, not supposition, conjecture and baseless speculation.
