they enclosed these conduct rules with the bolded areas that may apply to your videos.
youtube says that posters of videos need to get consent from third parties regarding material they post.
As long as he credits it properly, and there are probably exceptions against that right being abused.

I know that from an academic standpoint, it has to do with the percentage of the original work. For academic use, an instructor or institution may not use more than a max. 25% of an original work and it MUST be cited and credited.

What? Do Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert know about this? How about Daniel Tosh? Those guys (whose shows have been on for YEARS) are totally f**ked! How dare they use clips of O'Reilly and Palin to **GASP** make FUN of them! And Tosh...OMG! That guy should totally have his ass kicked by Youtube lawyers because his whole show is all about Youtube videos and making fun of the people in them! Comedy Central is going to be so pissed when they realize how bad they've messed up for years!

I bought my wife a kindle. She travels for work so it's convenient for her. It is small enough to fit in her purse and she can have a whole catalog of books to read. I have an iPad. I downloaded the kindle app so that we can share books. I also read quite a few for free from iBooks via project Gutenberg. I love my iPad for all of the other things that it does, but if you are looking for just a reader, the Kindle is a pretty reasonable alternative.
Oh, the other advantage to my iPad is that I have apps from textbook publishers so this semester, I spent a fraction on books compared to previous semesters. All available on my iPad w/ highlighting and annotation features built right in.
i just want to be clear on this.

PC, I'm right there with you. My mom, when she was alive, was very homophobic as are her JW friends. I once got into quite the debate over it because one of them was offended at having a gay family as participants in a sit-com. I brought up the biology and all that, it was amazing that they were able to so easily dismiss it as "that's your opinion." I said, "no, that's the science."
I find it amazing that people get so bent out of shape about it. Can't they see that gay people just want the same basic things from life as the rest of us. Maslow's heirarchy of needs doesn't have seperate "gay" and "straight" versions.
almost every atheist i have ever come across i can get along with well.
i love to debate and talk about the world around us and they seem to as well, but i feel like i get a lot of "eye rolls" from the atheists i speak to.. it's ironic that i am six feet six inches tall because i would describe myself as a man with his head in the clouds.
it's up there most of the time and i feel at home when thinking of the future.
I consider myself an atheist and I feel I give plenty of time to being imaginative. In order to be creative at all, one must indulge in thinking that may be considered "left field" by the establishment. Being imaginative is not exclusive to atheists or theists.
I will say that I don't see why atheists have to disprove the concept of "god." Theists are the ones making the claim, the burden of proof is theirs.

The misconception is that a one-size fits all diet will work for all of us extrememly diverse individuals. Sorry, not gonna happen. There have always been fat, skinny, short, and tall people. We are not stamped from the same mold and it's foolish to think that all of us should meet the same bodily criteria. As long as you feel healthy, who cares what the number of your weight is or the size of your waist?

i was pretty much born-in as i believe i was around 2yrs old when my parents began their transition from independent thinkers to borgs.
Fortis et liber, my grandmother did the same thing with myself and my siblings. We don't exist in the shrine to her descendants that is her formal living room. Our photos were removed long ago - substituted with extra photos of my "good" cousins who are still "in."
my wife (no longer a jw) was at her mother's and sister house (who are jw's) and my wife told them that we have been investing in a little silver.
her sister then attacked her and said that it was "soooo worldly" that we have been buying silver and that you dont see jehovah witnesses going out buying silver........wtf!
this freak b**** who claims to be a faithful jehovah witness got a tattoo recently with her "faithful" mother's approval.
So, if you worked for a bank or an investment house, is it worldly because you determine where to park capital as part of your job? some of it in precious metals - other parts in currency trading?

Bravo! I loved the writing style too. I made some of these very points when trying to argue w/ my ex against my daughter getting baptized at a young age. Same line of reasoning.
