  The Latest Thing Waking People Up...

  since i woke up and left i've been contacted by others i knew from my youth who've also left the cult.

  also people around the world on facebook adding me out of the blue because we have mutual friends and they occasionally ask me stuff or share their story.. what i've noticed in the vast majority of cases, is that people are waking up not because of the arc or doctrine but apathy.

  active jws are becoming less and less interested, less and less bothered.

  TOMO=> He mentioned within a talk a while back that he "can't wait to destroy/annihilate the wicked and anyone else who is not worshiping Jehovah". (He actually meant worshiping HIM!) Also, he was proudly giving an illustration re: the bodies destroyed at the Big A "will smell like very burnt hot dogs". Yes, he really is a very arrogant and hateful man--who only wants our $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!

  over 700 baptized yesterday at one convention in Africa

  there was a french language congregation this weekend in congo dr which had 44,000 in attendance and something like 730 baptized.

  i'm not saying that is good or bad, just reporting the news..

  there's a talk about remaining neutral.

  one of the topics they say jw's should avoid is the topic of "peoples lives matter" which is barely veiled code for black lives matter.

  The GB is actually selfish and racist themselves; they want all of the focus on them--so that any and all $$$$ are to be given to them and them only (not for any cause or movement).

  Screwed up sexually

  i was thinking about how the borg screws up and sexually neuters their flock by telling them when single to "deaden their body" and then boom as soon as there's a ring on the finger to not be denying eachother.. do any of you know of jws who have been screwed up by these teachings?

  i know 2, 1 elder came back from honeymoon having a nervous breakdown unable to cope with the cd that sex produced in his head.

  and the other called up her parents while on honeymoon, crying and begging for themto come and get her, since she was so shocked that sex hurt.

  There was a rumor a few years ago that WT was telling Bethel couples (and local congregation couples received this rumor, too) that "it would be good to pray to Jehovah right before having intercourse". This was really shocking that the GB has mind-controlled the masses to think that married couples couldn't even have any privacy with each other in their own relationship!

  But on a serious note, I could empathize with the posters of that other forum as well. The GB is also only concerned about those fictional cartoon characters because they are used to convert and indoctrinate the minds of young children to become STEPFORDKIDS for this corporation.

  Youth and Spiritual Goals in this week's WT study (Are you F-ing kidding me?)

  i regret following the wrong goals when i was a young person.

  such as?such as spending a hundred hours a month of my precious youth rapping my unwrinkled knuckles on doors and waving soon-to-be-obsolete religious messages in front of aghast householders.such as spending my 20th, 21st, and part of my 22nd years in prison imagining anything useful was happening or that i was pleasing the big guy in the sky.such as taking a crappy job as a janitor and trying to support my family on beans and rice while i peddled cult materials, arguing with people who were better educated about fantasy scenarios i was brainwashed into parroting.such as making excuses for my depressing existence for my empty feeling of constant depression by consoling myself that soon billions of people would be annihilated--except for me and those i was able to convince to waste their time too.thanks, watchtower for twenty years of dry rot for my brain, a jehovah sized hole in my heart, and a great big "thank you" in the form of shunning from all my wonderful spiritual brothers and sisters for all my efforts.sure am i glad i didn't "waste" my youth on education, career, lifelong friends, and (gasp) fun!i was 12 years old when i was introduced to the watchtower and the kingdom hall.23 years later, i walked out a free man.the emotional damage took decades to reconcile.i'm 71 and i'd be thrilled to have those 23 years back!the watchtower is one of the most insidious time-devouring organizations on our planet.thanks for nothing!____________________the above is in answer to:.

  That's also why WT/GB are strongly pressuring PIMI parents to strongly pressure their very young children (as young as even 6 or 7 years of age) to get baptized (and the Borg had the utter gall to complain re: Catholicism and some other Christian religions encouraging child baptisms!).

  The GB no doubt figures that by mind-controlling these little people while their very young (even from infancy) to the greater degree so that they will get dunked and be stuck not to attend college/university, not to have full-time employment with a good pension plan; rather, to slave for their corporation (disguised as a religion) and give whatever little $$$$ to them!

  I related one most memorable ministry experience within a past thread entitled: "Are You Objective About Who You Were As A JW?", started by member Wasanelder Once, as shown below:

  Yeah, definitely. When I was a preteen, one of my cousins, another sister and myself (same age group) knocked on a door. A female householder opened it and after giving her the beginning of our presentation, she stated that she did not want to hear anything JWs have to say due to a number of doctrines and issues (which she enumerated, i.e., the blood ban, holidays, birthdays, armed forces participation, various hobbies and college/higher education--all of these particularly). I could tell that my cousin and the other sister were bristling up because they thereafter responded: "Well, what we believe is Bible based. So, you should stop and listen to what JWs have to say. By your not listening to us is going to affect your life and your future, Miss!". The woman then told us that she didn't want to hear anymore that we had to say; and if she hears us ringing or knocking on her door again, she will call the police. Unfortunately, the other sister yelled out: "That won't do you any good! We have a Constitutional right to preach to anyone and everyone!". The lady thereafter commented: "Well, since you feel that way, I have a Constitutional right to get my gat (gun/pistol) to enforce what I have said to you three, since you have a problem with listening to me!". She left her door open and walked to the back of her apartment. Since this was the situation, we ran away from her door and into the nearby stairwell (this was a 10-story apartment building) and out of the complex into the street to the nearby corner and waited for the brother leading the four field service groups.

  Long story short=> The BORG has really influenced and indoctrinated many Dubs to show arrogance(the phrase that pays) and haughtiness when speaking to people about God and His Word. Many of the R&F have been also placed in the line of fire [literally (i.e., guns, vicious dogs and other weapons of minor destruction, etc.)] to spread these lies and untruths.

  the governing body and watchtower publications make clear there is only one official website that jws should go to about their religion.

  they do not approve of independent pro-jw forums.

  this would also fall in line of there being no independent study groups, on the internet, or elsewhere.. for that matter, they do not approve of jws posting on behalf of their religion on social media, “apostate” websites, or anywhere else on the internet.

  One of my family members (who is waking up) tried to sign up with that forum. She showed me the questions which they ask (i.e.: "YOUR REAL NAME"; "WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE BOOK WHICH CONTAINS QUESTIONS FOR BAPTISM"; "IN THAT BOOK, PART 2 OF THE APPENDIX, LOOK AT QUESTION #16. WHAT IS THAT QUESTION? PLEASE TYPE IT HERE", etc.). The creator/moderator of that particular website must be the type of person who is very paranoid (like the GB, PIMI JDubs, etc.) re: anyone who signs up. This is a definite contrast re: our Forum. Simon did not put anyone to jump through any hoops to join here.

  The GB has really influenced JWs, IMPO, to covertly check, infiltrate and gather personal information on every stinkin' detail about a person's life.
