there is a headline about a schoolgirl crying because her school published an unflattering picture of her in the yearbook.
the parents want all the yearbooks recalled and a new one published with a new picture, etc.
this story reminded me of when i was in high school many moons ago.
LOL@ Hillbilly,
That is so true, I was on the year book photo committee in High School. I took photos of the foot ball games, rallies etc.
I was very nice to everyone, because I wanted to be popular, but some photos no matter what I did for some of the girls...well they were never happy and blamed me on bad photography skills.
I haven't thought of that in quite a while, maybe my memories are coming back as a dub child...
( runs to therapy...)
now that i'm totally free of the wt & it's indoctrination, standing alone not sure of my purpose in life, not sure where to turn to.
i still believe in god but find myself on the verge/or perhaps already questioning him.
this is quite a sensitve topic & not sure it suitable, but i just need it out there.
( saunters in)
( says to self, man I love it when LT gets agressive)
( decides maybe a guy who wears skirts isn't to poofy)
( inserts alot of winks here)
Loubelle,
I have been, and going through the same thoughts and emotions, my older brother visited me this week, once an elder, and we have talked about this for years.
He told me last night, he can never return, not for his wife, family etc. I told him for the last several years I still believe in a god, but not the witness god.
Big breakthrough point for him, he can't call it the troof anymore....
My point is, believe in something. But don't believe in something someone tells you to believe in. You have children? Believe in the miracle of birth, and go from there.
LisaBObeesa, you are right on about the thawing effect. And frostbite hurts.
Regards and Hope,
