Look who's talking!

my youngest son joshua had autistic tendencies and speech delay, he's four.

he can't start a conversation and he often does not respond when someone tries to talk to him.

but he's been repeating more words and he can read quite a few words too.

having 3 sons,,one of who,,i find out now,,is autistic,,(he is a functiong, albeit struggles) 29 yr old

this is good! so needed it today:)

i have a new kitten, about 6 months now,,her name is babi kiti

so i live in a crawl space house,,,and kitti has figuired out how to go under the floor from the outside and meow right beside the air vent where i sit in living room

so i will go open the door and let her in

it could also be just human nature in general, or a personality type that was attracted to this religion in the first place.. it seems that several problems on this board just won't die a peaceful death.

How do you react.....

when you see someone needing help in a public place?

i usually avoid eye contact, but then feel guilty all day.

for instance when you pull up to a light and people are standing there with a sign or actually walk up to your window...i won't ever roll down a window.. today i pulled into the local grocery store parking lot, and there standing with a walker, was a middle aged latino man with his lower legs in some sort of braces.

having been homeless (yes, go figuire) after my dfing,,i know the plight

but when i see people out there trying,,i am so moved:)
