1975 - A weak argument?

i think taking the 1975 approach with a jw is...weak.

watchtower is afraid of the internet, men like simon, randy and greg stafford, anderson cos (women too) sites putting questions into thinking jws heads.
the wts is nervous because of the effect sites like jwn, freeminds, e-watchman, elihu , jw romania".

Anyone know of any effective but simple diets/diet tips? Weight gain after giving up smoking!

i gave up smoking a few months back and have put on around 20lbs already.
i've gone up another dress size and i wasn't slim to begin with!

there are a few sisters in my congregation who go to weightwatchers. they go for the weigh in and celebrate losing half a pound by going to the chippy on the way home

i can find the text of the letters, but i really would like the scans with official watchtower headed replies.. i plan on showing them to my wife.
we visited an elderly sister in hospital after she needed emergency surgery.

having never needed to diet or lose weight as i am quite active, i do know close family who are lets say on the 'chunky' side.
my cousin lost 2st over 3-4mths. she looks great. I asked her what diet had she been on, 'I took some magic pills.' I must have looked a bit shocked so she explained that she got a few side effects, thirst being one, so drunk lots of water during the day, waking up early and sometimes struggle to sleep. but she did say that the side effects 'were'nt too bad' and that the weight coming off felt like it was worth it. she has kept it off too which is always a worry for dieters. what I will say is that they do work but like anything do your own research.
