  BBC: US tries to Boost Patriotism, Faked Rescue: Jessica Lynch

  british broadcasting corp. documentary concluded after interviewing iraqis that the rescue was a hollywood-style stunt designed to boost patriotism at a difficult time in the war.

  washington post, richard cohen says that their reports were not accurate.

  the post initially said lynch was shot and stabbed as she fought off her attackers "gun blazing" until she was taken prisoner.

  Hey there blackout,I'm not trying to be a jerk but this is no laughing matter. There are women here who are seriously concerned about this ( I've spoken to a couple). This matter deserves our full attention and needs to be watched carefully by all.

  What physical activites do you practice?

  do you try to stay in good shape?

  to be healthy and stay healthy one must do a minimum of physical activites, even if it's only a small walk once in a while.

  no matter who you are, you must do a minimum of physical activities to stay healthy.. i walk alot, and go on bike once in a while.

  Discipline or abuse - Which?

  i am having a discussion on another board about the topic of disciplining children.

  some people seem to think that as long as the child did something to "deserve" it then the parent has the right to hit anyway they want.. grrrr.

  many of us grew up in a society that accepted the practice of corporal punishment.

  How old do you feel?

  some people look younger than their age and also feel younger than their age.

  and some people look and act older than their age.

  although i'm 43, i feel like 25. i do the same things and think the same way as i did then, but with a bit more experience which helps me not to repeat certain errors of life.

  So, who sleeps in early, and who sleeps in late?(fluff)

  i find that i can't sleep in late on the weekends.i'm up at 5:30 in the morning during the week and by the time the weekend comes around, if i can sleep till 7:30 i'm doing good.

  even if i stay up till midnight i still get up around 8:00.the only way i sleep in late is if i've been drinking all night or i'm sick.. so how does everyone else do with thier sleeping habits?

  Well I do try and sleep/laze around on sunday morning, if the weather permits I like to sit on the porch and drink coffee listening to the birds...aaahhh so nice not to have to make that sunday meeting!
