to repeat, i lost three pounds last week so my total so far from jan 1 is 5 pounds - making my goal of a pound a week.

BUT with HIIT(HighIntensityIntervalTraining),instead of steady state like i was doing, and it looks to be doing wonders.

This really does the trick eh? That is what I am doing now and I have noticed a significant difference.
