  Found this while google-ing Patterson. It is the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) from 2010.
  It is quite a lenghty read. They then seemed pretty enthusiastic about this property at the time!

  hello everyone, i'm not on here much these days, but thought this might be worth the post for you veteran x-dubbies to help me.. .

  i've got a min servant and his wife coming over this sunday.

  the brother has already called me up and invited me to his first public talk that day, which i respectfully declined.

  Ask him why does 2 Samuel 3:14 says: " Further, David sent messengers to Ish-bo′sheth, Saul’s son, saying: “Do give over my wife Mi′chal, whom I engaged to myself for a hundred foreskins of the Phi?lis′tines.”
  
  In 1 Samuel 18:27 it says " So David rose and he and his men went and struck down among the Phi?lis′tines two hundred men, and David came bringing their foreskins and giving them in full number to the king, to form a marriage alliance with the king. In turn Saul gave him Mi′chal his daughter as a wife."
  
  Them ask him why Jehovah is so freaking obsessed with foreskins.

  It is not by pure chance that life diversity appears. But natural selection which is an observable fact.

  my friend was counseled for having a bad attitude because he wore white socks w/ his suit.

  For the clothes worn out side of meetings (these were the 90: baggy skater pants, vintage ironic tops, plastic bead necklaces, bracelets)

  For seeing the movie The Crow

  I skillfully dodged being counseld for seeing The Cure in concert

  Fooling around with a sister I was dating. Elder's daughter. Her dad broke us up forbid us to speak (we were in the same congregation). Funny thing Romeo&Juliet was our movie at the time. Well sister Juliet obeyed her dad shunned me. Got engaged to another brother within a year and got married shortly after. I a way I am very glad I dodged the bullet of getting married at 21 :S
  
  For the music I listened to (The Cure, Depeche Mode, Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins were mentioned from the platform at a "circus" convention), I also had a rap phase before it even bleeped on WT's radar

  For watching mtv while on vacation in florida

  For smoking weed

  For wearing combat boots in field service (it was muddy in a rural area, did not want to ruin my nicer boots)

  For arranging youth car groups for field service. "You always need a mature brother or sister onboard"

  For spending more time talking with sisters than brothers at meetings (these dudes were dorks and those girls were hot... what could I do???!)

  I obviously got counseled after getting caught sneeking out of my house at night to go party as a teen

  And yet I was trying sooooo hard
