Oh My Goodness!!!!
I absolutely LOVED these posts.To Kilroy -
I noticed you are familiar with Arcadia Cong. Do you know a Joe and Jan Arena?Now... to add my two cents..
Which sister hasn't ever walked down the aisle of the KH with her skirt stuck in her pantyhose? LOL I know I did that on one of many occassions.I remember during the kingdom ministry school.. (we had two going on at the same time; I was in the second one). A young boy was sitting on my friends lap. She was bouncing him up and down. Well, he proceeded to fart..and in sync with every bump!
This same sisters brother was giving a talk during the KM School. His was on Genesis..where Adam and Eve had realized their nakedness. Instead of saying "Nay-Kid" he would say "nayked". (One syllabyle like raked).
I also remember the time I fell asleep during the bookstudy. All of a sudden, I jerked out of my deep sleep kicking the back of the chair in front of me.. mortified!
Or the time my mother found a beautiful crocheted "hat" at the local thrift store. She wore it out in service. Unbeknownest to her, it was a toliet paper cover. I told her, but she wouldn't beleive.

Mormonism.....interesting beleifs. Actually, I am starting to do some research on their beliefs. They beleive in baptism for the dead, that Jesus was possibly married with children, that the Bible is full of contridictions, that Jesus had the same relationship with the Father like the JW's believe, that God is the God of this planet( there are gods over him), and that he is progressive, and that someday we will be like God, in that we rule over planets; that we all pre-existed in heaven and chose to come to earth, and we forgot our pre-existance; the Book of Mormon is a second testimony of Christ; (please see Galatations 1: 6-10)given on tablets by the angel Maroni to their founder; and the BOM is inspired writings. (even tho they have changed the BOM since it's first writings).

If a disfellowshipped person dies...?
by Mulan inwhat is the wts's current view on resurrection of disfellowshipped people?
a few years ago, an older sister's df'd son died of aids in sf.
when she and her unbeliever husband returned from the funeral, she said "he is in jehovah's hands.

Mulan--
It reminds me of my mother telling my sister-in-law (not a j-dub), that her uncle, who was dying of cancer would not have any hope of a ressurection. Nice, eh? He has passed away, and is now enjoying the TRUE hope of life with Christ. My mother had the nerve enough to right a letter to the wife of this man, and sent a tract to tell her all about the "hope" he has. My sister-in-law doesn't want to tell her Aunt what my mother said, because her Aunt would get really ANGRY!!
It's really sickening.ofcmad

UNOFFICAL REPORT CLAIM INDICTMENTS FOR THE WBTS
Unoffical reports released today by anonymous sources state that there are multiple indictments pending for the board members of the religious organization commonly known as the "Jehovah's Witnesses".
According to these sources, it is alleged that some of the board members have been laundering tax-exempt monies obtained by donations of the parisheners and were funneling it to a variety of bank accounts, pyramid schemes, private real-estate deals, bonds and stocks. An attempt has been made to contact Chief Ofcmad, of NYC Police Department, to confirm these rumors. Unfortunately she was not available for comment.

The statement issued stated the resignation will go into effect on November 30, 2029. When asked the reason for the resignation, no comment could be obtained. Now my work is done. And I'm ...(edited for media release)happy.'".
A farewell-benefit for Chief Mad will be announced at a later date. The dinner will benefit the WVF, Watchtower-Victim Fund.
