  Can You Please Help folks to know the Real Deal?

  i usually don't like letter writing programs, but i may i ask all of you- could you take the time to drop an email to anyone who publishes an article in the paper like we have seen in ref to the bryant family.. these reporters appreciate feedback and if you ever wanted to offer help or do something - this just might be your opportunity, .

  This is my letter:

  Dear Ms. Lawton:

  Thank you for printing the article regarding the results of the shunning of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

  I left their religion due to the unorthodox methods of their practices. Because I didn't want to be recognized as a Jehovah's Witness, I wrote a letter to the local church stating such. They then publicly announced this in the church. I lost my job, (I was employed by a Jehovah's Witness cleaning service), lost my family, (my sister kick me out of the house) and lost my life long friends. Although I knew this was going to happen, it was still a devastating experience.

  I would like to thank you again for exposing this to people who are unfamiliar with this religious sect.

  The conspiricy theorists are coming out of the wood work. I agree with some of the posters that said that all the witnesses must be hallucinating. Plus the video released must be digitally remastered.

  Ahh.. they make me so sick.

  First of all, they aren't even qualified to know how to ask questions of child victims. Shoot, according to the law of the state I live in, once the child-victim discloses the information, the questioning is to stop and the questioning will be handled only by one investigating agency. This is for two reasons: 1. to keep the testimonial evidence intact. 2. to prevent the victim from being re-victimized, by having to describe it over and over again to several different people.

  And we all KNOW that the instances of having an adult witness present, or two or more witnesses present is very rare.

  Northeast GA -

  Housing, 3 bed 2 bath anywhere from 70,000 - 120,000. (120,000 are homes and garden homes)

  Gal of milk - $2.00

  Gasoline - .99 gal

  Breakfast cereals - $3-4 (i think that is the average)

  Pound of ground beef - .79

  Pound of ground chuck - 1.99

  Everything is much cheap.. but then so are the wages
  BTW, my taxes are $500 a year for 4 1/2 acres of land

  Sorry skally, but I do not read every thread here. I figured more then one or two subjects emailing him regarding the JW's would do the trick, especially now since he's been dealing with the catholic mess. BTW, I wonder if anyone can obtain how long it has been taking people to put that news story together.

  I don't go into chat. I was constantly on yahoo chat all the time. After feeling like spinning my wheels in chat rooms, I would rather post some psudeo-intelligent text.

  Yep.. own several..
  Favorite is my Taurus 38 special five shot. Great revolver. Then secondly, my Glock .40 cal. Let's see.. also like the feel of my shotgun...great power trip when you shoot it. Then like my 9mm rifle.. and my hubbies .45 cal... well , you get the pic.

  We found the pen thief !

  i always need a pen in my hand when i'm working - i jot things down and do a lot of scribbling (i'm sure a psychologist would have a field day with my doodles).. over the last few weeks though all my pens have been disappearing.

  i blamed angharad who had borrowed them and not put them back, she thought it must be the kids who wanted to draw with them (they've discovered a great paper supply which i like to call 'the printer') but they said they hadn't.. this morning, the culprit was discovered .... i put my pen down on the desk and up popped one of the cats, picked it up in it's mouth and calmly walked off with it.

  we followed it and found a stash of them behind a kitchen cabinet along with a good selection of the kids stickle bricks.. now, i just need to teach it to bring them back!

  My cat Frank, loves to eat my shoelaces. Not just the end, mind you, but loves to eat it right at the knot. So when I go to slip the shoes on the laces become unraveled. I know that if I lost a screw, (okay.. you know what I mean), I can always look in the cat food dish. That's where he usually stashes those and the bread twist ties.

  ive not been so angry for a long time.. the watchtower article entitled jehovah hates the course of treachery in the may 1st 2002 issue is a masterpiece of bullshit.

  there are so many points in it i feel that i should make more than one thread.. in this thread i will deal with the issue of marriage discussed from paragraph 13 onwards.

  paragraph 15 warns against marrying an unbeliever and confirms the societys view that only jehovahs witnesses will survive armageddon, so why bother marrying someone who will die soon?.

  Unfortunately they don't mention the Promise Keepers "movement"... Yeah, where men who are attempting their best to be christian promise to love their wives according to the scriptures. Geez.. I'd love to be at one of their mandatory indoctrinational sessions when they review this article. Then maybe I can stand up and tell them about my parents marriage...how they are currently seperated and still hold privledges.
