a bizarre explosion at a church east of kansas city killed one man on saturday afternoon.
atf agents said the explosion at the jehovah's witness' kingdom hall on foggy bottom drive was intentionally set, and that the person who died appears to have committed suicide.
witnesses described large amounts of smoke pouring out of the building, which they said was just recently completed.

I was going through my county outlaw phase in the 70's . I was listening to Willie, Whalen and all those guys.
Toward the end I discovered Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman and I have never looked back. I will never forget the vinyl cover for Bat Out of Hell. I was so frightened just by the appearance. I never really liked most of the Disco music of the 70's, well except for a few of the Bee Gee's songs and Donna Summer. By the 80's i was back to pop but never left Meat Loaf. He struggled through the 80's in the states but did well in UK. Then in 93 he got a Grammy. He is still alive and kicking. I found Queen via Meat loaf.
